Location is good, very close to metro line 3, and the room is comfortable even it’s a bit outdated, and the breakfast is very nice.

Tram line passes just in front of the hotel, that might affect your sleep

Good breakfast, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Very central.

Maybe change the baths in the bathroom to modern showers. Although we always used them as showers.

The front desk staff members and porters were so nice and helpful. We were able to check in early which we really appreciated. Even if we hadn't, they would have watched our luggage for us. Luggage hauled to our room for us. They offered tips for restaurants and nearby parking garage that we also liked. Our double room had ample space, a comfy bed, sitting area, mini fridge with free waters/soda. Lots of very thoughtful extras...dental kit, lotions, soaps, slippers, etc. You can not beat the location - five to ten min walk to Duomo and M stops. And there were rolladens! Coming from Germany, we love our rolladens to keep street noise and light out of the room at night. Hotel breakfast and bar services were also lovely. Elevators available.

The toliet seat was cracked and the shower hose holder in the standup stand shower is broken. There were lots of light switches that didn't seem to turn anything on. Was unable to light separated sitting area without the whole room being lit.

An absolute pearl in the very heart of Milan! Super friendly staff, classy suites and delicious breakfast to optimize a few days of relax and business meetings literally at 5 minutes on foot from the strategic Piazza del Duomo, Piazza Diaz, Piazza della Scala and the inevitable Quadrilatero della Moda (Fashion District). A total keeper for anyone passing by!

The location is excellent, only 5 minutes to Duomo and within 10 minutes to many major attractions and nice restaurants. The room is spacious, the bathroom is a good size.. ample shelf and table space. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Every morning we took a walk around the Duomo square to enjoy the peace and quiet view before coming back for breakfast. That's how convenient this hotel is for visiting Duomo area.

Five minutes of walking to the Duomo di Milano, a nice room and breakfast, I needed nothing more! All the staff was very kind and very helpfull.

1. Waking up in the morning with light pain in my back was not so fun. but I'm not sure that the bed is the reason for it. 2. The room has a shower, which I prefer over a bathtub, but there was no light there, making it a little bit risky.

The perfect location. Amazing reception staff. We forgot a lot of things in the room, in the refrigerator. But the gentleman at the reception told us not to worry, that everything would be saved. When we returned a few days later, everything was returned to us intact, carefully preserved. We are very impressed with such care.

Impeccable service, luxurious amenities, every moment was a filled of hospitality—truly a five-star haven that exceeded all expectations. The whole hotel staff from front desk, bell boys, restaurant and bar attendants to the cleaning staff - everyone was unpretentiously nice, welcoming and kind. The breakfast selection was healthy and had a large variety of excellently prepared foods and snacks. The location is excellent and strategic both in the centre of the city, close to all possible public transports, grocery stores and good fast food, and the city centre at the same time in a very quiet street, sound insulated and large rooms and felt very warm and cozy. Can't thank enough for the warm welcome and friendly attitude we received each day from the restaurant manager. The hotel is very child friendly and safe.
