First of all the location is perfect to visit Milano. In a nice lively area, and close to transportation. The Hotel itself had everything you could need, it was comfortable and clean. Our Balcony was also very appreciated.

Only thing i would say is that during the 5 days they only changed our towels once and they didn’t clean during those 5 days.

I received information how to check in after contact with apartment. The rooms were clean, bathroom clean and equipped with needed things. Bedroom have everything needed to sleep and rest after a long day of sightseeing. I wasn't used kitchen except the fridge.

Bed wasn't the best one, it was acceptable for me. Soundproof could be better, because I heard steps and talking on the corridor.

The property is near to the city center of Milano, about 3 stations away from the Duomo and from the principal attractions in the city. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean and equipped with basic cutlery and utensils if you need to cook. Other than that it is a basic apartment if you need a longer stay in Milano.

I travelled in the summer and the mosquitoes are ravenous at this time of the year and the property didn't provide any insect repellent device. One detail about the overall cleaning is that I received new towels every 2-3 days but I didn't receive any more toilet paper, soap or shower/shampoo gel.

Fantastic stay at the Residence! The location was peaceful and calm, a bit away from the city center but still convenient to get around with just a short walk to the Porta Romana Metro station. Nearby the Residence are a lot of local bars and restaurants, perfect for Aperitivo. The option to store luggage before and after check-in was incredibly convenient, and the friendly reception made the experience even better. The room matched the description perfectly—excellent value for the price.

Good location, nice spacey cozy room, properly equipped, access and arrangments very good, lockers for lagguage on the day of the check out was very helpful, nice and simple decoration. Overall, it was really nice to stay

Dust behind the bed like there was no cleaning there for some time, no shampoo, no bottle screw (both expected as per the description)

Clean, tidy place in a great location. Great option to store luggage. I had a small and simple room but had everything I needed. Nice having a nespresso in the room with a few complimentary pods. Functional tea-kitchen and fridge. Would definitely book again.

perfect apartment, I was very pleased. Service and rooms are at the highest level. Ideal location, everything is within walking distance, shops and metro. Quiet and safe area. I was very pleased with the apartment. I'll definitely stop next time. I recommend it.

Bathroom was very nice, rooms were clean and comfy with good AC - had fridge space and other utilities - was like staying in an apartment. The lady on reception was very friendly and we had a nice chat about her time in the U.K., she even gave us a nice leaving gift! Would love to stay again.

Smooth check in experience. The flat was very clean, and well equipped. Internet connection worked well. The street and the area where the hotel is really lovely.

Sometimes I could hear people walking down the stairs - sound proofing could be better.

Simple and what we needed for a night stop over before flight home! Clean and lots of facilities provided! Easy to access without staff + safety features were good!

Bed wasn’t comfiest as it was a sofa bed. Wouldn’t of been great for more than one night.
