Hotel was unprepared for guests,booking lasted long,without wifi in rooms,restaurant doesnt work. Area lòok not so friendly...

I really liked the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was also great - staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, Valentina, the bar staff member, was always cheerful and friendly. Her service was excellent and really added to the experience. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming and made me feel really comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the tram, which takes you directly to the Duomo. You can also walk around 7 minutes to the bus stop, where you can take a bus that connects to the metro station—and the metro will also take you straight to the Duomo. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again ❤️❤️❤️.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the Duomo, you can take a taxi or walk a little and go to the center by public transportation.Breakfast was very good and the food was delicious, just the variety could be increased a little. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed, they are very good at hygiene. There was a free parking lot at the hotel and it is a hotel where you can easily stay with your car. There was a new pool work but we did not experience any noise problem. I think it will be a much more enjoyable hotel for the summer season after the pool is completed. We would also like to thank them for the gift they gave to our daughter.

The buildings around the hotel were empty so it was a bit deserted.

The room was beautiful, comfortable it had a good working AC which saved me since it was really hot. There is a big balcony, everything you need in the bathroom I have no complaints about the room itself. Also a BIG plus for the huge tv! it has youtube already installed you can connect trough your phone and enjoy the comfort!

The location is terrible. It takes 20 mins to get ro any station or supermarket. I didn’t do a good research so it’s my fault. I traveled for concert and coming back in that district alone wasn’t the best feeling. I also used the green choice which means I didn’t want my room to be cleaned so I can use a sale which they give in return but it didn’t apply when I asked for some unknowned reason. The breakfast was a bit overpriced but there was everything you might need

I want to be fair with this property cause if you judge it by its own it is a very clean and comfortable hotel (very much a conference type of hotel though). Stuff was super kind and ready to help.

However, no matter how good the property is, the location is simply a no-go if you don’t have a car. There is no public transportation close by, the area is fully covered by abandoned buildings and feels very sketchy at night. Even though the price was very fair we ended up paying 20-40 euros taxis to the centre per trip (the traffic is only very heavy in Milan so one day we even paid 60 euros!). I would choose the hotel for a conference or a work trip but unfortunately the location makes it a no choice for me without a car. I would rather pay more and stay in centre.

Excepcional front desk attention (Andreia) make we think to return to this hotel in the future. The gym is very good and it is open before 6 AM with enough towels and water. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced. The taxis when called from the front desk accept credit cards with no complaints

Everything very good, all the front desk members are professionals dedicated to produce the best experience to the guest. The checkout was precise and fast.

We really liked the staff (super nice for the clients, especially people who's working on the bar, they're making whole atmosphere) and the hotel in general. Really good quality of the room, bar and gym. If you're coming after long day it's pleasure to spend time here. So we felt really comfortable during our vacation.

One thing that weren't prepared for it's location. If you're coming from the center of the city be ready that around this hotel a lot of abounded building. During the evening if you're coming home it's so dark and basically nothing around. It was written that 3 km from the center but it's really hard to get there. For Duomo you should take a tram, but before that you have 15 minutes of walking around this ghetto to the tram station. So basically we didn't feel comfortable and safe on the way back. If you're renting car or taking the taxi it's absolutely fine for you. They have a parking place and so on.

Great value for money. Great reception personell. Room was great, new and modern. The tramstop from where the tram brings you in a direct line to the Duomo of Milano is reachable in around 10 minutes walking. The tramride is about 12 minutes and costs €7,80 per person for a 24h-ticket. Hotel has an underground parking garage, even suitable for large vehicles. Enough elevators.

We did not arrange breakfast because the price was €18,- per person. We had an issue with ants on the fifth(!) floor in the bathroom, but the staff solved it. The bathroom had some unkitted cracks and minor rust, which distracts from the great bathroom design. The surroundings of the hotel were at the time of writing full of buildings ready to be demolished and other construction with missing streetlights. This reduced the ambience when walking to and from the Tramstop.

The hotel is new, modern, and spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and well-appointed suite. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options. Although the location is a bit removed from the city center, it wasn’t an issue for us thanks to the convenient public transportation nearby.

The check in was great. Simone is a fantastic receptionist, trying to speak in Spanish all the time and helping us with all the questions. We were given a free upgrade. The room was huge and very comfortable and clean. The hotel was very close to a tram to get to the Duomo. 10’ walking and 15’ in tram. Fantastic breakfasts and waiters very professional

The service in the restaurant and bar in the evening was not very good. Our first night we had dinner there. We were 3 people and they brought us 5 dishes of vegetables… Mistakes are normal when working with people. But the way of apologising… the communication was not good. Waiters should always repeat the orders to avoid mistakes. Last night we had dinner again and it was much better. But our last day, before having dinner, we went to the bar. We sat in one table and the waiter never came to ask us if we wanted something to drink. And the end I went to the self-service fridge to get two iced teas and one of my friends went twice to the count bar to ask for some beers. I would like to give a mark of 10 but I can’t because of the F&B service
