Employee: - Super employee, they listen to your questions and look for solutions with success. - The lady at the ice shop at the pool was very nice to everyone Breakfast: - Very good breakfast for everyone something good, a big variatey and all good - Not a negative point, I would recommand the hotel to bring little changes to breakfast items daily. Pool: - Fantastic for adults and kids, we enjoyed it every day. - The ice shop is directly at the pool where you get cool down with nice ice Parking: - Garage against payment, or you can park at the backyard free of charge, good solution Room: - We had booked a family suit, was enough for us with 2 kids, daily cleaning, mini bar with water. Cost: - We booked one day before in August in the middle of holiday season the cost was a bit high but still fair, booking a bit early is recommanded. All in all a nice hotel and very close to Milano city center.

I really liked the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was also great - staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, Valentina, the bar staff member, was always cheerful and friendly. Her service was excellent and really added to the experience. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming and made me feel really comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the tram, which takes you directly to the Duomo. You can also walk around 7 minutes to the bus stop, where you can take a bus that connects to the metro station—and the metro will also take you straight to the Duomo. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again ❤️❤️❤️.

Hotel was unprepared for guests,booking lasted long,without wifi in rooms,restaurant doesnt work. Area lòok not so friendly...

The location of the hotel is a little far from the Duomo, you can take a taxi or walk a little and go to the center by public transportation.Breakfast was very good and the food was delicious, just the variety could be increased a little. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed, they are very good at hygiene. There was a free parking lot at the hotel and it is a hotel where you can easily stay with your car. There was a new pool work but we did not experience any noise problem. I think it will be a much more enjoyable hotel for the summer season after the pool is completed. We would also like to thank them for the gift they gave to our daughter.

The buildings around the hotel were empty so it was a bit deserted.

The hotel is set in the middle of a building site , so to get onto the main road for public transport, it's quite a daunting walk, especially in the dark. It does state on the website that you can get taxi fares refunded into hotel credits to use on food and drink, but we were told as we booked through booking.com it didn't apply to us. I think a shuttle service should be available from the hotel at the very least to get you out of the building site

The room was beautiful, comfortable it had a good working AC which saved me since it was really hot. There is a big balcony, everything you need in the bathroom I have no complaints about the room itself. Also a BIG plus for the huge tv! it has youtube already installed you can connect trough your phone and enjoy the comfort!

The location is terrible. It takes 20 mins to get ro any station or supermarket. I didn’t do a good research so it’s my fault. I traveled for concert and coming back in that district alone wasn’t the best feeling. I also used the green choice which means I didn’t want my room to be cleaned so I can use a sale which they give in return but it didn’t apply when I asked for some unknowned reason. The breakfast was a bit overpriced but there was everything you might need

I want to be fair with this property cause if you judge it by its own it is a very clean and comfortable hotel (very much a conference type of hotel though). Stuff was super kind and ready to help.

However, no matter how good the property is, the location is simply a no-go if you don’t have a car. There is no public transportation close by, the area is fully covered by abandoned buildings and feels very sketchy at night. Even though the price was very fair we ended up paying 20-40 euros taxis to the centre per trip (the traffic is only very heavy in Milan so one day we even paid 60 euros!). I would choose the hotel for a conference or a work trip but unfortunately the location makes it a no choice for me without a car. I would rather pay more and stay in centre.

Very comfortable bed and modern room, staff very friendly and open to helping out. Breakfast was fine. Pool atmosphere was very pleasant! The hotel is 30 min bus ride from navigli aswell.

The Breakfast could’ve offered a little more but otherwise it was good. We struggled a bit with going backt to the hotel after 9pm as there would be weird people on the bus and the street wasn’t lighted up at all.

Parking was not clean enough seems like never has been cleaned. Fridge was not working but they changed it and it worked. Food portions in restaurant were small. Generally hotel and rooms could be more clean, chairs were stained, we asked for change but still the same. Moss in the shower wall. Not easy to access city center but if you have a car, its ok.

Excepcional front desk attention (Andreia) make we think to return to this hotel in the future. The gym is very good and it is open before 6 AM with enough towels and water. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced. The taxis when called from the front desk accept credit cards with no complaints

Everything very good, all the front desk members are professionals dedicated to produce the best experience to the guest. The checkout was precise and fast.
