+ subway (metro station) very close + friendly staff ready to help + free cofe/tee + parking space + great beds, good sleep + renovated bathroom + hair dryer ! I wish genius programm users have some better, special offers discounts as motivation to choose this hotel.

- no fridge /minibar in room - cleaning not perfect, but okay - price a little high for it quality, but acceptable if it's desired location

- Great personal - was able to check-in even during the deep night, always offered coffee or tea at breakfast - Great location - about a minute if wall for both metro and tram - Present air-conditioning - Great pastry for breakfast - Slippers, toothbrush, shampoo and others provided - Bidet was present

- The toilet seat was a bit loosened - More beakfast options would be nice - Walls are quite thin - chances are you will hear your neighbors - For some people, the shower enclosure might be too small

Extremely polite staff, ready to answer all questions, absolutely everyone is very kind. The location is great because the metro and tram station are only one minute away. Everything in the room was very clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is neat and clean. Breakfast consisted of several dishes, but you won't go hungry. They offer coffee and tea politely. Everyone is smiling.

Location is good, but if taking metro line M2 only only train (abiattegrosso) works because it branches a station before - a bit of an inconvenience but not too much - there's also a tram right on next block (+-150m away id say)

It was a lovely stay. Exceeded expectations. Very clean, towels replaced daily and room was cleaned. Bed was very comfortable and a nice warm duvet. Breakfast had some cold cuts and croissants and nice coffee. Staff is wonderful and helpful Location- metro station and tram station is outside the hotel. Takes 15-20 mins to get to the city centre but transport is right outside

The owner is a very nice person and all the staff who works there , Ricardo who works there is very polite and so are the grls who are serving the breakfast. The room was clean and has every thing you need I could have hot water whenever I want at night. The breakfast was delicious and good, it is 33 minutes from Mico(Milan conference centre)by Public transport so good location. Good place to stay in Milan, I will rate it 8/10

The first room I was given was facing outside the tram and as a light sleeper I couldn't sleep properly but they kindly changed my room so managed to sleep in the other room for the rest of my stay, Thank you.

Perfect service at check-in and breakfast. The hotel is right next to the tram stop No. 15 and the metro stop, which can reach any point of the city.

Due to the proximity of the tram stop, there is noise from passing trams at the hotel.

Very great staff, free breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable, super close to the subway and tram!

The AC didn’t work!!

Exceptional breakfast and the staff were really good.

The only thing is that rooms aren't soundproof so we pretty much could hear the long conversations of our next-door neighbour all along plus the bathroom door did not have a lock 😵‍💫

I have nothing but good things to say about Hotel Giardino. Me and my son stayed there for a couple days and really enjoyed our stay. The location is really close to a metro station, all the staff are very polite and helpful, and the included free breakfast is also nice!
