In general, it was good because of the location and cleanness plus the good staff. However, bed was not comfortable and too noisy especially in the morning.

Not comfortable bed(two pieces of single beds instead of one double bed). and a lot of noise from other guests because of the building structure.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was very good, the only recommendation we could have is more vegetable and fruit options would be nice. The location was excellent for us - it was easy to reach via public transport, easy and fast to get to the centre of the city, and it was very close to the event at the Unipole Forum that we travelled for.

This was not an issue for us, but for anyone who needs to consider it - the hotel is located next to a busy road and it can be quite noisy. The walls are quite thin, you can hear what's happening in the next room.

We got locked in the balcony si maybe a sign “be careful you may lock yourself there” would be useful. The mattress was a little hard for my liking but overall ok

The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. They also had blackout windows which were nice and convenient and their staffs were also very friendly and helpful. Its also located near a station and had a supermarket/grocery nearby.

I thought their complementary toiletries would include toothbrush but it didn't. They had everything else though.

Perfect location, 3 minute walk to the metro station, comfortable room, amazing breakfast! Valerie at the reception was very kind and patient with us. The breakfast waitress on the other hand, was super rude! A man asked for an omelette (normal thing to ask), and she said out loud in front of everyone... “ci mancava pure questa, mettersi a fare gli omelette a richiesta…” How dare she!? There are kinder ways to say an omelette was not included..

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spoke excellent English. Breakfast was very good and what we expected. One of our grandchildren was having a birthday on the day they arrived, staff very helpful with helping us have a little celebration in the breakfast room. Very close to the Metro. The staff recommended a restaurant that was very good and within walking distance.

The location was on a busy boulevard and in a commercial neighborhood. Closer to city center would have been better.

The staff and proximity with a few restaurants, convenience store, and the metro station (all 7min walk). The staff is really friendly and took the time to order for us from a nearby restaurant. We could have walked .

You have to pay for the bottles of water that are in the minibar. Seems like not all hotels offer them. (Same for the other beverage in the minibar). Either way, it is convenient for those who need it

Very convenient location, easily reachable by subway, Famagosta stop. From there, you can reach the city center in 15 minutes. Very nice selection of food and beverages for breakfast. Reception service very responsive and professional.

The doors are not sound proof and it is possible to hear everything that happens in the hallway. The beds are very hard and not so comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here and the best part was the super friendly staff. The hotel provides packed breakfast just in case you need to leave early at check out. It is well located close to Famagosta Metro which connects most of the main stops by green line. There is also a super huge store near by where you can get anything you may need at good prices. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. There is also a good balcony and electrically operated blinds. Overall, we had a great stay. We loved the local coffee shop right adjacent to the hotel too.

Please note that this place is not super close to the centre. But the price you pay v/s the value is justified, along with good connectivity.
