Nice and secure city stay super comfortable bed staff were amazing room was well kept lovely throughout our stay with fresh towels ect daily

Nothing really that important in the interest of science we weren’t made aware breakfast that was included was in the cafe over the road having gone there daily for 4 mornings and paid each day but not a huge issue as room rates super competitive and the cafe prices were super cheap also We did get response today once we had landed back in the uk regarding the breakfast but it didn’t taint our view of the place at all for the price one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in an long time

The room was clean and cozy, with everything I needed. It felt comfortable and well prepared. It was easy to get to the city center, public transport is close and easy to use. There’s one right across the street called Caffetteria Rossa. I had breakfast there — tasty pastries, coffee, tea, fresh juice, and warm toast. Overall, a good and comfortable stay!

There were no slippers in the room , it’s a small thing, but very useful to have.

The apartment was cozy and clean. New towels were left and the apartment was cleaned after the first night. There was also water, coffee tabs, tea and cookies.

Check in was easy using the link but the host didn’t specify that the door locks automatically and cannot be opened from outside. It was a bit confusing as I couldn’t figure out how to lock the door and was afraid it will stay unlocked for the rest of the night

Great location and easy to get to city centre by metro. Super comfy bed, I liked all the little touches like the chocolates, easy to use locks, you thought of everything, only thing I would have liked is more sugar sachets. The bar for breakfast across the road was fantastic 😊😊😊 and all involved were very friendly. I'll happily recommend you.

It was close to the tram that was going straight to the city center and there is a non stop shop in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was a joke. We only had one croissant (or one small pancake) per person and one coffe and one drink (juice or water). I definitely don't recommend relying on breakfast. It was the first time when we faced this situation

Host greeted us at the door without issue. You had a keycode so could come and go as you pleased. It was a nice large room with a big window you could open. The beds and decor were a bit too colourless. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. Our beds were always made up everyday and we were brought fresh towels. A nice touch was one day they left us slippers. It was close to restaurants and to the tram into the main center as well as a grocery store close by. The first day we had a very nice boxed breakfast and the others, we went across the street. The couple there were so helpful, it was amazing. A very pleasant stay.

If you have mobility issues, lots of stairs. However, there might be s ground floor room available. I had trouble with the lock one time I tried to get in.

The available breakfast accross the street had very good croissants. Also the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Finaly the friendlyness of the staff, always available and responsive over whatsapp. We encountered an issue with the door lock and they were fast finding a solution for us.

The breakfast could have had one more item (bread, pancakes..)

I really appreciate the location of this hotel - it's so easy to check-in, and being close to supermarkets and a bus stop is a huge plus!

The one downside was the breakfast delivered to our room; it was disappointingly cold. On the second day, we opted for the breakfast place right in front of the hotel, which was delicious.

Clean room, comfy bed, clean sheets and towels. Genial, solution oriented and hospitable attendant, no reception needed. High speed and continuous internet connection. Coffee and coffee machine was so good in the room. Transportation is availible in front of the building. nearby stores, markets and breakfast coffee bars are good and plenty.

A little bit far away from the city center. No elevator.
