This property was ideal as it is right behind the place where my elderly Dad lives (and I lived there too before getting married) We thought it was not ideal to sleep at my Dad's as he didn't have enough room and it would have been a burden - given his age (in the past would have been fine) The owners Pierre and Mary are very nice and welcoming The room (green room) was confortable and suited very well to our needs. The breakfast: EXCELLENT! Everything one could have wished for a good and healthy breakfast was there: for me the best were the croisant and the pain au chocolate. Fresh brewed coffee, fruit juices, cereals, yogurt, massive variety of teas, you name they were there! Many thanks to the owners. Recommend this place for whoever wants a break in Milan: although is not next to the Duomo there are buses and tram and the new undergroud in via Lorenteggio. and also a variety of shops and restaurants and bars. 10 Mondi is a very nice place and deserves very good feedbacks

The first impression, when arriving, was a bit overwhelming. We were created with a great smile, and lot of energy from what an assume was the daily manager. He gave us all necessary and needed information verbally and what seemed like a lot of energy, soon showed it self to be passion. Tha daily manager, that was also, the receptionist, the information desk, the chef for breakfast, the bellboy, and cashier, the waiterand more 😉… did a marvellous job making sure that all was as expected. The different rooms have different themes.. a nice idea that actually works here 😊. ALL information needed was given the first 15 min The breakfast was good, and we were offered different eggs and cheese, if asked and needed. (Good for the inviromen and food wastet) Ps: don’t take this if you are in need of a nice view from your room. Then take another B&B, but you will sure miss out on some of the nice good rooms, and nice Staff (singular😉). We were overall VERY happy staying there..

Only small ideas for improvement… nothing that I did not like: - make a label for the coffee machine. I heard same question being answered several times, what button was coffee, which was latte etc. (the text on the buttons were not visible) - make a note with some of the information given the first day (for instance Wi-Fi code, the 2 entry codes, etc.) After a day of travel, it’s a lot to take in… 😉

The B&B is in a perfect location near the metro and the subway station in a really quiet and nice area. It has a parking lot and it something really important if you come to Milan with a car since it can be quite difficult to find a parking spot around. The owner was really nice and helpful, if we came back to Milan we will definitely keep this place in our mind.

I appreciated much the hospitality of the manager/owner...her morning omelet n her helpful tips she provided to customers to go around the area. She even walked with us to show us good restaurants.. I liked the free parking for the rented car. The bathroom shower was very pleasing after a tiring day, but there was no hair dryer nor hand tissues...

I didn't like the mosquitoes in the room much.... Nor the noise of the water drain when flushed from upper level rooms, insulation is very poor... the many codes to get to the building... The identification of the building was not that obvious. I had to ask around to recognize the building... Donna Maria, the owner, is very warm n forthcoming, but she does not stay at night in the building in case of a problem, i.e., that night one Spaniard guest got lost in finding her room n started banging on one of the rooms door late at night. I had to go n help her find her room.

-During our stay there was no TV, however the hosts explained the reasons and we were happy with it, so not specifically an issue

Room was cozy and peacefull. Breakfast was nice. The woman who helps us was good, although she doesn't know English she tried her best.

During our reservation we asked for 2 spare pillows but there wan't extra pillows in the room. They didn't send us to instructions for entrance so we had struggle both self-checkin and communicating with them.

The room was well equipped. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, close to the tram stop. Maria, the owner’s mom was very nice and helpful, she was there on the reception when we arrived.

A small refrigerator would be useful in the room. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms. The communication with the owner was a bit difficult because he didn’t reply for the booking messages. If you want to ask information before your trip, it’s better to call him.

The facilities were great, just as advertised and breakfast was lovely. Pierre our host was very helpful. Enjoyed BBC in English on TV- although news is never good! The location was out of the downtown core but a tram was about two blocks away and easily took us right to the Duomo area. There was a great outdoor market on Wednesdays.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and nicely prepared. Overall, everything was excellent.

Great place, very quiet, not so far from the centre and yet not so busy. The room was really neat, with a dash of antique mediterranean styling. The breakfast and the host are the best! (landlord is always there at your service) and you can aks him to make you whatever you want. The best option on the table is the apricot strudel- believe me!

The sink in the room was broken and the walls are a bit too thin
