Milan Marriott Hotel is the best place, pure Italian class. The location is superb, close to multiple metro lines, easily accessible by bus, many lovely restaurants around. The room itself is really clean, bed is comfy, pillows are plush, design of the room is wow! AC very cool, toilet and bathroom spotless. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The reception area is lovely and smells divine. Definitely value for money, home away from home. Thank you so much Milan Marriott for adding that extra touch to our stay!

Although currently under renovations (the only reason this is not tap marks), the staff more than makes up for the ongoing work. Welcoming and kind, I had an injured foot and no three separate staffers each interacted with me to both encourage and see how they could help. The rooms are very clean and block out all outside light, and the beds are comfortable and I did not hear any neighbors. One of the best sleeps I have had in a hotel. Close to bus services that can take you into the center of town, the larger train stations, or the airports. For drivers it is well positioned

Basically the ongoing construction and the cost considering such could have been less

We had a wonderful stay in a newly renovated room that was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location is excellent—situated in a pleasant residential area and just a short walk from the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety of food. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

All was good

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and choice for everyone. Room size was good, there were 4 of us so we had the family room. Plenty of towels to cater for all of us.

Upon check in, the hotel ‘held’ an extra €150 extra to the actual amount to be paid for the stay. I found this unusual as normally the actual amount for the stay is taken and you’re informed that your card details are held in case there are any further charges. It was released after check out, but just something to be aware of. First morning at breakfast I had to go to reception to get authorisation that breakfast was included in our stay ( booking made included breakfast). I had to show my booking confirmation on my phone and they still sought approval from their finance department, seemed a little disorganised. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and the service received from the restaurant staff, especially the two ‘Monica’s’ was excellent.

We received an upgrade at the checkin which was very nice. The hotel was excellent with very comfortable room, equipped with all the necessities. While there is a renovation going on, we did not even feel or noticed anything. The executive room we have was very big and comfortable with all the amenities. Wonderful bathroom.

The coffee selection in the room could be improved. There were a few capsules but did not have just a simple black espresso.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are cozy and quiet, the beds are very comfortable, the climate control system works well. And especially, the staff are fantastic - friendly and helpful.

Too much air conditioning in the lobby and bar area.

We booked a night in Milan because of some unexpected change in our travel plans. It was so comforting to have a Mariott in the area to easily book a night stay and have a light meal and drinks at the end of a long stressful day. Next morning,, the breakfast was superb and the staff got us a taxi quickly to continue with our vacation plans.

Breakfast was great, staff very nice and helpful to our family. On-going renovations will at to the good experience, our room had been re-modelled and is done to a good standard.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and was in the process of a much needed renovation. Staff were friendly and location great for accessing Milan centre.

First room stank of smoke however we were quickly moved staff were surprised as hotel is a non smoking hotel
