The room was a bit cramped but it was okay. I liked that we had a bathtub as well as toiletries. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast, good variety of breads, cheeses and drinks. I don't fully remember her name but the female staff in charge of coffees(?) and the bread behind the counter was a delight. She had so much energy and made sure that everything we got was to our satisfaction. 10/10 customer service skills, seems like she loves her job.

The rooms were a little cramped, the single bed was really a pull out couch with a small mattress topper. There was only one available wall plug for us to use right under the full length mirrors. So that was a tad inconvenient. The other wall plugs were a 3 point configuration that didn't seem like usual european two point wall plugs.

Great location as close to tram and train stops. Nice, clean room with very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast had a good range of food and delicious pastries. All staff very friendly and attentive. We would be happy to stay here again

The tram line ran close to the hotel which, while very convenient for transport links, was very noisy and you could feel the vibrations round the room. It didn't bother us too much as we were out much of the day but woke us up at 6am as they started. Also we would have really appreciated tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Room was huge with 2 large beds and a big TV, the bathroom is very clean and was obviously cleaned beforehand. Staff was very friendly and the TV and AC weren't working properly and they took care of that immediately and got the fixed, not mention they helped us on where to go and how to go there, we were there during the Metallica concert and they were helpful on how to go there, the reception were always helpful and available. Location is 20 minutes walk from center and in between there are shops and restaurants to check out, and there are metro stops nearby. for what you're paying this is a steal! Breakfast was very very good, the staff were very friendly.

The AC not working properly most of the time, but it seems like it's this way everywhere in Europe, all the hotels we visited had problems with the AC or fans etc. If it wasn't for the AC not working properly it would've been 10/10 for sure.

The hotel is in a quiet location - easy access to city centre by metro or tram. Plenty of bars, restaurants and a theatre near by. Great location for access to San Siro Stadium. The hotel is pleasant, quiet, a little dated but all spotless clean. Bathroom facilities and toiletries provided were all good. The staff are lovely - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served on top floor with views of the city - coffee is made to your liking by the staff.

Lovely hotel located close to the metro and within walking distance of various places. Very polite and friendly staff, smiling and ready to help with any questions. Clean room, cleaned every day and great selection at breakfast, as well as an amazing woman serving breakfast. The hotel can organize transfers from/to the airport, there is also an elevator and good internet throughout the hotel

Soundproofing could have been better because you could hear all the loud conversations and laughter at night from the next room and especially from the hall. I couldn't get enough sleep the first night. There was also a kettle in the room, but there was no cup or even any tea or coffee

We stayed there 3 nights. The staff very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very decent. The room was clean and cute. The mattress and the pillow were very comfortable. The hotel is located 2 min walk from metro station, in a very nice and safe region of Milan. Also, there are o lot of restaurants around. I definitely recommend this hotel and the next time in Milan I'll book there again.

The tram was outside our window, so in the morning I could hear it passing by. The room was very small, but I booked the small one. Next time I will book a bigger one

We really loved the location and the hospitality of the staff. Everyone in the hotel was so nice! On the street in front of the hotel, you can find several stores from clothes, to shoes, a Sephora, a gelato shop, and a small supermarket in the corner. You also have the tram stop nearby that can take you directly to the Duomo.

The room we stayed in, a double, could've been a bit bigger. But it wasn't anything that particularly bothered us much.

What I liked most about the hotel was the staff, they were true professionals, very joyful and kind people, who speak English fluently (something not so common as you would have thought in Milano).

Even though the staff was amazing, the hotel itself needs a bit of attention because the windows do not properly isolate (thermally and acoustically) and the air conditioning was not blowing hot air. But what I didn’t liked most was the fact that at checkout I was surprised to see an additional tax added to my invoice which is something common in the Milano’s hospitality business.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro that connects to the major touristy parts of the city for sightseeing. It was very easy to navigate everywhere we wanted to go on the metro. We liked staying in the neighborhood of the hotel away from the most touristy areas as it was easy to get to those places on the metro anyway. Lots of cute shopping and great places to eat near the hotel. Breakfast was also great. Staff very nice too!

Having to leave the key at the front desk when we left the hotel was a bit weird, but not a problem.

It was on the outside of the center, which made the center of Milan easily accessible by metro. The staff in the restaurant was very nice!

The receptionist was very impolite. We paid upfront (except tourist tax), we only needed to check out by 11, went in the morning to shop and we were followed by the receptionist as she thought we were leaving without paying and claimed in front of other guests (outside the hotel!) we didn’t pay, never seen before.
