This is our hotel of choice whenever our family visits Milan. The staff are always incredibly helpful – great, great people at the reception who go out of their way to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We’re huge fans of the area – there’s a lovely supermarket just 200–300 metres from the hotel and some great coffee there too. It’s also conveniently close to the metro. Breakfast is always solid too. As always, we’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Although on a map the hotel is far from the centre of Milan, I bought a Metro pass for the 3 days I stayed here which was an excellent decision as this hotel is close to the Metro and it made travelling really easy. The room was modern, tidy and clean, the staff were also amiable and welcoming when I arrived or left. I really enjoyed my stay here. The daily room service was really lovely and they looked after my belongings and felt very safe. I went to an AC Milan game and came back late, the area of the hotel felt really safe and everyone on my trip to Milan was so welcoming. I would stay here again.

The room had a couple of repairs that are required in my room, the toilet didn't flush very well and was easily unattached from the wall and I think as I was early I missed the completeness of the tidying for there was a leftover shampoo bottle! The hotel and all Italian hotels could add tea and coffee-making facilities into the room for international travellers. My view from the room was of the stairway which occasionally had loud people and smokers in the courtyard outside but didn't bother me too much! For these reasons, I couldn't mark the hotel as a 10 as it wasn't perfect but was not far off.

Lovely hotel, the photos on the website do not do it justice at all. Our room was amazing, lots of space and great shower. It had the best hairdryer I have ever had in a hotel! Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food. There was definitely something for everyone. We chose the hotel for its distance to the San Siro, however it is easily walkable to other areas of interest. We got the tram from the San Siro to the Duomo and then walked back to hotel seeing other sights on our way back.

Nothing. It was clean and spacious with lovely staff, cannot fault it at all.

Excellent staff attitude towards guests: they were always friendly but not intrusive. They helped with advice and exceptional help for charging the electric car. Tip: Always ask the receptionist to call a taxi. You will receive a slip clearly stating when the taxi will arrive and the name of the taxi.

The entrance to the underground garage is very narrow, so driving the car into the garage requires great care. Rainwater also enters the garage when it rains, but it is significantly better in the garage than in the outdoor parking lot.

The check in process is really easy. Stuff super professional, helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is typical European breakfast (eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, fruits, few types of bread, few choices for juices, croassant few options also etc), there is as well gluten free option. Location its self is also perfect. Quite area which for me that I am easily waking up was amazing cause I could take rest. Metro station is near by so Duomo is 10min or less away from it. Taxi station around the corner and there is Italian supermarket and Carrefour near by. Room is really spacious, clean, bed comfortable. The all experience was amazing and we were really happy. For sure once we come again to Milan we will head to this hotel. Keep up the good work

The staff is very friendly, and the room is quiet and clean. I particularly like the table design. The location is within walking distance of the Mico Conference Center.

It would be better if the mattress were thicker and if there were more pillows for added comfort when lying in bed and using the phone. However, for a room priced around $200 per night, not providing bottled water seems unreasonable. While you can purchase it at the bar downstairs, I found the nearby supermarket to be more convenient.

Great location… not far from metro. Quiet area with bars/restaurants a 5-10 min walk. Hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. Great for a 3 star rating. Would definitely stay here next time I visit Milan.

My only dislike was a staff member at breakfast… he was rude, pushed me out of way when trying to pour juice and then took my coffee out my hand when still drinking it! But I just laughed… maybe he has a bad day?!

Lovely and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and the AC was appreciated. The bathroom facilities were also excellent and the shower was very nice. It’s in a more residential area rather than the city centre but it was close to the metro and several supermarkets and cafes, so it wasn’t bothersome at all.

The breakfast was nice but more variation would have been nice. Around 9am the stock runs out and there are not many choices left

Room was nice and cozy, WiFi worked very well, breakfast was super delicious, the metro is nearby, but most importantly- I have never EVER met hotel staff as great as this hotel has. Incredibly polite, helpful and kind people who made my stay very pleasant.

The only thing I would like to mention, that this is the only hotel I have ever stayed in which has very strict check-in and check-out time policy. The hours are absolutely non-negotiable.

I booked the hotel at the very last minute (30 minutes before I arrive), without any expectations. The staff sent me a message instantly to let me know how the room is laid out. It shows that they care about their customers. I visited Milano several times and it was the best hotel I have booked there for this range of price. The staff was incredibly nice and they provide some advices about good activities/restaurant around. The stay was very good. The room was clean, pretty modern, better than in the pictures and the hotel is located in a very charming and peace place. Also, you can reach the public transports easily. I recommend it.
