The room and the bathroom were great, very cozy and had all the amenities, incl. iron and hair dryer. The furniture is modern and new and overall very pleasant.

This is not a hotel. You rent a room for a set period. Access code is activated at 3pm and if you get there earlier because of your flight schedule, you can’t enter and leave the luggage. Similarly, if your flight is in the evening, there is no possibility to leave the luggage. They should add a locker room to help the guests with this very common issue.

New and very clean, the room has all the essentials needed (including a mini fridge), it is cute and cozy and there’s also a nice shared outdoor area in the building. There’s a supermarket very close as well as a bakery/cafe just around the corner, the area is nice and two metro stations within walking distance. Check-in and communications were very easy and smooth.

Location was great. Easy to get to from out of town and easy enough to get in to the centre or the San Siro (M1 and 16 tram). Average Pizzeria just up the road, but turn right out of the apartment and there are lots of other choices. Supermarket a short walk too. Just down the road there is a covered parking garage (you have to leave your keys - we booked through Parclick)

Our only criticisms would be : a kettle is provided but no proper cups. Who likes tea or coffee in paper cups? And then there were only 4 paper cups and we were there 3 nights. Also, a couple of glasses for juice, or water would make a big difference. There is a fridge (difficult to open if you have fat fingers) but again, if you buy some juice from the supermarket you have to re-use the paper cups, buy more paper cups or drink from the carton. And 2 coffee capsules. I know it's an apartment but there could have been 2 per night...

Very nice place that has everything you need! In the Milan summer heat, I was very happy about the air conditioning. They also had free coffee and tea and cold drinks in the room, which was very nice. All in all a great stay expecially for one person travelling alone.

The only thing that maybe wasn't ideal was the location. It's not necessarily bad located, but it's a 10 minute walk from the metro stop and the streets were completely empty in the evening (although it didn't feel unsafe).

Thank you for the nice holiday! I liked this apparent. It was clean, all necessary things are in the room. Iron, coffee machine, towels, kettle. Location is near to the metro station Amendola 7-10 min by walk. Very green district, quiet, a lot of cafes, post office and so on. City center is 4 far from the apartment. It’s not extremely far. The host is nice. Let me leave my baggage in the hall after check out. Online support answers really fast. Application has good interface. My recommendation!

The balcony was adorable, the space was great for our initial 2 nights arriving in Europe. Quiet area, perfect for sleeping.

It's just a bit outside of the tourist areas, which is actually a great thing if you want a more peaceful experience (which we did), so it's not a negative - just be prepared to walk to/use the subway to access the spots, which is very easy.

we really loved everything! the room was super clean, with a lot of towles and pilows. the sheets were clean and the bathroom too. we had a little things we need and the staff answered very very fast and were very helpfull. 5* The location is perfect

Very clean, nice anf quite neighborhood. Near to metro station and also to bus stop for Malpensa airport. Very nice staff, kind and human approach.

It was wonderful. Clean as it should be. Close to Amendola metro, tram, bus, maximum 5 minutes. Super ok staff, don't bother you. we were lucky and had a little yard. everything was superlative, the bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend and we will be back soon.

Really clean, new facilities. Check-in experience was quite seamless and simple, entry instructions were clear and everything was really good. The team was quite responsive and even if I missed the deadline to apply for a late check-out, they had the flexibility to help me out and sent me a payment link in the morning.
