We stayed at the Rubens hotel at the end of August. The room was very clean, the breakfast well-organized and delicious and the personnel was very helpful and friendly. We can recommend the hotel to the international tourists.

The reception staff are exceptionally helpful and professional. We arrived on the evening of 24.01.2025, and the team at the reception arranged our check-in, car parking, and welcome drink with utmost efficiency. The same level of professionalism was evident during check-out—despite it being a busy time, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. We were pleasantly surprised not only to be offered a welcome drink but also by the fact that it wasn’t just a shot or a mixed drink. Instead, we were given the option to choose from a variety of beverages, accompanied by a wide selection of snacks. The bar tender was also very welcoming. The parking facility is conveniently located next to the hotel, making it easy to load and unload items from the car. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The cleaning staff were so discreet that we hardly noticed when the room was cleaned. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, including pastries, sausages, eggs, various types of milk, cheeses, juices, and yogurts. The dining area features a glass wall that provides an impressive view of the neighborhood. There are two metro stations within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it’s only a 10-minute ride to the Duomo.

The hotel is beautifully designed and very clean! What truly made our experience awesome was the staff. Everyone was so helpful and it was amazing how many languages they could speak. Nicola at the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (he recommended us some great restaurants to try and places to visit). He really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Alex, who is Romanian (which was such a pleasant surprise!). Sarah was also wonderful and very helpful! Even the housekeeping staff made an effort to communicate in English, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel with genuine hospitality and staff who truly care about their guests. We'll certainly be back!

We arrived at the hotel about two hours before check-in, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Jenny greeted us at the reception with a big smile ☺️ and looked after us during our whole 3-day stay – she really made the experience feel extra special. Our room was ready right away, and we even got a free voucher for a drink or coffee, which was such a nice surprise. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. One day it rained, so being able to borrow an umbrella came in very handy 😊. The location is peaceful but still just a short walk from the metro, which was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, we had an amazing stay – mostly thanks to the lovely staff. I’d say this hotel is above standard, and I’m already looking forward to coming back 🇮🇹🌞

The hotel was perfect for what we needed- we were in Milan for one night and needed a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay after a long drive. We were very kindly given an upgrade by the hotel so the bed was huge and very comfortable indeed. They provided safe parking (which was also right by the 24 hour reception). The staff were very friendly and super helpful (we couldn’t get the safe to work initially and they sent someone up to help us straight away). The area wasn’t too welcoming but we were able to get a quick metro over to the Duomo cathedral and the hotel itself felt very safe.

The area wouldn’t necessarily feel the safest if you were travelling alone but the hotel itself certainly felt safe and inviting.

It was a lovely hotel - in a nice residential type area, not very busy, extremely close to the metro station - on the red line, stop is Gambara. Nice little bakery down the street. Hotel clean and inviting. I had informed the hotel prior to arrival that it was our ten year anniversary, they gave us a room upgrade, a bottle of wine on arrival and two rounds of drinks free. The hotel staff were fantastic - Francesco, Nicola, Alex and another gentleman - sorry I can not remember his name. Nicola dealt with our checking out and even offered a drink prior to our departure. Milan was a fantastic city if you like walking and exploring and eating! Thank you again for a brilliant stay.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! It was the best experience with a hotel I ever had to date! The location is in a nice family friendly and quiet suburb area close to the city centre and one minute walk from the Gambara metro station, line 1 or red line. The staff were amazing! Everyone was so polite, helpful and friendly. Such professionals! Jenny was marvellous. She welcomed us and informed us about everything we need to know. Due to availability they also upgraded us in a junior suite! The room was very big with nice decor, a large bathroom fully equipped, a mini fridge, a closet room and a big comfortable bed. The breakfast we choose to have was the best choice. It had a buffet with everything you can find. In addition for not taking the welcome drink down at the bar the charges us only one person for the breakfast of our one night stay. The cleaning lady that we cross by two times always greeted and smiled at us. Excellent choice! Whenever I go back to Milan that’s the only place I’ll stay. I totally recommend it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hospitality!!

Everything was more than great!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at c-hotels Rubens in Milan! From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional welcome made a lasting impression. A special shoutout goes to Sara and Jenny at the reception – they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Their local recommendations and attention to detail truly elevated my stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is also ideal: in a quiet area, but still well-connected to the centre of Milan. Overall, my stay at c-hotels Rubens exceeded expectations. Great service, clean and stylish accommodations, and wonderful staff – especially Sara and Jenny. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!

We had an amazing stay at C-hotels Rubens. We felt really welcomed and they helped acommodate our every request. We had to leave our car after the check out and they were happy to keep our parking spot free of charge. The room was cleaned daily and it was sound proof, so we were able to rest very well. We got a room upgrade and complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Many thanks to Alex, Nicola and Jenny. You are amazing and you made us feel like home. We will definitely return and we recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to have a great stay in Milano :)
