Nice room with great facilities – love how they provide a fridge and a kettle. Good coffee from the machine at reception (but this is Italy I guess) and a nice, slightly out-of-the-way location that nonetheless offers lots of interesting things to see. Staff tolerated my terrible mangling of their language, and were generally very nice and helpful.

Few complaints, really. Shower could have been a bit easier to use, and I seem to remember that the towels had been hidden away somewhere weird, requiring a long but only slightly frustrating search. Then again, I was quite drunk.

This was a great place to stay in Milan. The location was quiet. There were restaurants and bars and shops nearby. It was close to the metro station. The room was basic , but facilities were excellent ( did not have such facilities in a 4star hotel). The bathroom had a big walk in shower, hairdryer, free toiletries. We had a kettle, free teas, free bottled water, cups and mugs and also some sweets. I wanted to buy coffee in the morning at the reception, but it was given to me for free.

the first day we were there, it was a bit cold from the aircon but it got better in the evening and next days.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, and super location as close to metro so easy to get around. Very much appreciated the complimentary water and coffee :o)

Elevator sometimes not running because door is not closed properly, and then have to carry the luggage up to 4th floor. Building is a bit loud as sound echoes.

This is my kind of place and I plan to stay here again. Many places make a big deal about serving a big breakfast, but I don't eat breakfast anyway, so I would rather go out into the community and have a cappucino at a local cafe.

The internet went down on my last day. The bathroom floor had a big puddle when I checked in. I couldn't figure out the window but the guy helped me figure it out. There was no control for the air con but the next day they got me one.

The hotel was a 4 minute walk from the Gambara red line metro station and a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the Carrefour super market. There is also a Becco Fino restaurant right below the hotel. The hotel interior is white and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but since we are not big/tall, it was ok. The shower had adequate hot water. In November, the heating was sufficient and we opened the windows when it got a bit warm. The toilet was separate from the room and it was sufficiently stocked with toilet paper and shampoo/wash. The hotel reception was great and he gave us free delicious coffee. The refrigerator in the room didn't work but the hotel allowed us to keep our food and drinks in the refrigerator by the reception, so it was ok.

The walls were thin, so we experienced a bit of noise. It wasn't that bad though, because we were still able to sleep. It was a bit difficult to see the hotel sign at first because it was a little small, so we had to go near to recognize the sign.

Room had everything we needed! Tea, coffee, complimentary water and cakes. The staff spoke reasonable English and were very accommodating. Provided us with phone chargers and allowed us to store our luggage safely after we checked out and explored Milan. You wouldn’t spend too much time here but as a base for exploring Milan it was perfect! We had room number 2 and it had its own toilet contrary to other reviews! Would definitely come back here if we return to Milan. Great value for money :)

Just got back from this small family-owned hotel and I have to say, it was awesome. The owners were super friendly and always there to help out with anything you needed. They kept the place clean, too. The service was great - quick and efficient, just what you need when you're away from home. The location was perfect, tucked away in a nice, quiet area but still close to the metro. Getting around was a breeze. Best part? The price. It was super cheap, but the quality of my stay was way above what I paid for. Totally worth every penny and then some. Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel that delivers quality, check this place out. I know I'll be back.

The property is clean and has a nice balkon. The staff’s are friendly and coffee is free. It is also near the train station so the place is very convenient for travellers.

Theres a shower inside the room but its small and the glass is see through, its perfect for couples but if your staying with group of friends its not very comfortable to use because theres no privacy.

The room was clean and comfortable, and presented very well. When we arrived we were given a free drink each and in the morning were offered a coffee if we wanted it too. The owner was amazing, so kind and friendly even though there was a language barrier. The location was great super close to the centre of Milan, and to the san Siro stadium which was ideal for us as we were there to see the football. We were able to come and go whenever we wanted and reception was even manned when we got back at almost midnight. The en-suite was also clean and the shower was great. Overall the hotel was great value for money - we paid £100 for the night.

There are only a couple of downsides which can be easily overlooked in my opinion. One was that it was up about seven flights of stairs so a bit of a workout to reach the hotel. There is a lift but we didn’t really understand how to use it so didn’t bother. The only negative for me was that the walls were quite thin so I could hear people throughout the night talking, but considering how close we were to the centre of the city, it was reasonable and didn’t disrupt my sleep massively.

the staffs are very nice and kind, they don't work for money and for the customer's satisfaction. next time i will recommend all the visitors from France and India for the purpose of travelings I am the witness for the following 1.medium budget 2.comfort 3.security 4.safty 5.family feeling 6.HOTELS ROOMS are AS IT IS IN THE PHOTO 7.ACCESIBLE PUBLIC TRANSPORT
