Nice, spacious apartments with huge balcony. The kitchen has everything you need. Location is great, bus and metro stops are 3mins by walk. Good supermarkets nearby, also excellent restaurants. Peaceful district.

A small table with 2-3 chairs could be great on the balcony - also there is no light there. A contactless chech-in service could be provided in case of flight delay. If you arrive after 7:00PM, your reservation will be cancelled even if it is non refundable.

Location is 4 minutes walk to GAMBARA Metro station . 24 Hrs Open Carrefour is 6 mins walk away. Parking is available 24/7 out if the hotel - Free from 7 Pm to 8 Am. ( 1.2 Per hour from 8 AM till 7 PM )

Bed sheets are very itchy we are not sure if it’s bed bugs or not but take your own bed sheets when going.

Daily cleaning the room & change of towels and toilet paper, spacious room, quite a nice area, close to the metro station Gambara (red line, direction Bisceglie -Sesto), 24/7 supermarket nearby, excellent pastry shop 50 m to the left of the building...

We rented 4 rooms for 8 people for a period of 7 days. In our room there were not enough hangers, shelves and drawers in the old wardrobe Poor sound insulation, lack of chairs and the table on the balcony. We did not prepare food in the room, but we noticed a lack of dishes for preparing food and eating.

I truly felt so much warmth during my stay here. A huge thank you to Salvatore with the awesome green glasses — you were amazing! And also to the young staff member who commuted on a scooter — I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but thank you for always welcoming us with such kindness. We had a wonderful two-week stay! This place has the best value for money and amazing accessibility. Thank you so much for everything!

We liked our stay there. The room was clean with view to the street which was very quiet. The residence was around 5min walk to Gambara metro station which was convenient.

The wifi was not working most of the time. There is a policy of late check-in which I didn't pay attention to. So if you don't show up before 30min of the mentioned late check-in hour (19:00) they said they will cancel the stay. It was not very flexible time but we managed to be there after all. Pay attention to your exact arrival time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the convenient location. The hotel is very clean and situated not far from Gambara metro station (M1), making it easy to get around. Our room was spotless, well-equipped, and had excellent heating. We also loved the spacious terrace, which was a wonderful bonus. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the front desk team and the housekeeping staff—they truly made the experience even better. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a memorable experience. And lastly, Forza Inter!

The room was clean. The lady came very often to clean. (every day or at 2 days) We had in the room a small space as a kitchen (with a small sink, 2 stoves, a fridge, and all the pans/plates/cutlery in the drawers). We also had a microwave in the room. Overall I liked that it was clean, and we had a space to prepare our own food in case we needed. The bathroom had hot water which came in seconds (no need to wait for it). It has Carrefour very close to the location (around 10 mins to walk) which has been very handy. Also, very close to the metro (only 7 mins to walk and the line was directly to Duomo. You only had to change once for the Central FS). For the price requested it was good for me.

The walls between the rooms are very thin. We could hear everything our neighbours talked or laughed about. We also had a room downstairs, so, we could hear every time somebody was entering the location because the door of the building was very heavy. I think if we would have had a higher room we wouldn't have heard so many noises. Overall not something very unpleasant. I could sleep very well during the night. And for a few nights, I could have plugged my ears if needed.

Desenzano is a very well equipped accommodation and they provided everything for our short stay (although I am sure it would be perfect for a longer stay as well). There is a kitchen with necessary supplies, bathroom had all the toiletries, and bed and bedding were good quality. Staff was informative and communication was excellent. It is also situated just a short walk from the metro station! Minimal downside is that noises from other rooms can sometimes be heard, but nothing major. Definitely recommend!

The room was clean, comfortably equipped, located near metro station in quiet area. Great balcony for morning coffee, relax and smoking. Supermarket, couple of restaurants and 5 star pizzeria around you in walking distance. So everything was perfect, thank you.

I didn't like only check in time, you have to check in before 19:00. We reach the hotel after 19:00 but hotel boss let us to get in, special thanks to Boss.

The room was very clean, the stuff was very nice, they spoke very good english so it was easy to communicate with them and the neighbourhood was very quiet and nice with a 24 hours open carrefour nearby.

Given the fact that the heat is managed by the city the heaters were working even if it was very hot already inside the room, it was fixed by having the window open and we had a very good sleep
