Overall it was very good accommodation, and definitely worth the money. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room is clean. The location is amazing for those who want central location but not too tourist place. Many shopping places and cafes and restaurants, more Italian than tourists. Close to public transportation.

The biggest problem for me was the strong noise when another room used the toilets flash. It is so loud it woke me up in the mornings. Also, when getting out of the hotel, you need to give the key back to the reception, and then request it again when re-enering. It feels unsafe, and I would rather have the key with me. There are no restaurants/shuttles service in the hotel. The room is very simple and small.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I stayed with my friend and we really enjoyed our time there. We talked with 2 receptionists and both were really helpful with our questions. One of them gave us a Milan map and helped us with the places and the transportation even if we didn't ask. Also the rooms were clean and the neighbourhood is really safe and calm. We definitely think that we are going to stay here again if we visit Milan one more time. Thanks for everything. :)

Maybe the internet connection could be better. Sometimes it didn't work.

Convenient location within easy access to the city centre. The Metro station Wagner is approx 10 mins walk which takes you directly to the Duomo (the red line) Local stores, bars, hair salons all along the street. The staff are all extremely polite, in particular Giorgio who was always smiling and made me feel most welcome.

The only thing I could point out would be the sound of the pipes/flushing during the quiet hours in the evening/night.

The location of the hotel is ideal. A quiet residential area, with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby .. Wagner metro station (M1)is walking distance. .a ten min ride on the metro to the Duomo. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Marc volunteered with all must see sights , and gave us directions . The rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable, WiFi is working well in the room. The whole establishment was renovated and is quite neat . Will definitely go there again if I revisit Milan .

They do not serve breakfast 😔... however, they can service coffee and tea in a nice cute little patio if you want . I would have been happy with a kettle in the room... That is the only downside .. Nevertheless , it was a good opportunity to go out for coffee each morning in a coffee shop nearby

Location and access was fantastic - Was just a 7 min walk away from the Metro which our kids could manage well too . Very helpful staff , room met all basic and required needs , Great food eat outs nearby and shopping centres , luggage drop off area available where we could drop bags early and then go touring the city . Very quiet and pleasant surroundings .

The location was very convenient as it was close to bus stops and the metro. The room and bathroom were big enough for the number of people, and everything was clean when we arrived. There were new towels and sheets daily. The beds were comfortable. The air-con worked well during the whole day and night. There is also a supermarket close by for any needs. The light switches were next to the bed which was really convenient. All the staff were so nice and helpful, especially Marco.

The room could have had a full length mirror.

A fairly comfortable room of a decent size for a family with children. Two huge double beds provide a comfortable and pleasant sleep. The room is clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Despite the excellent beds and bedding, the rest of the furniture is quite old. Additionally, the room is a bit noisy, as the sound of passing traffic can be heard.

We really liked our stay at Hotel Calais Milano. The Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a parking right in front of the hotel so you don’t have to worry about your car. Location is also okay, just around 10 min from Metro station. Inside was nice, sheets and towels were changed every day and also room was cleaned. You also can buy coffee from the hotel so you can start your day ☀️.

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming — they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, and even carried all our bags up to the third floor for us🫂Everything went smoothly, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay — thank you for the hospitality!💥

The hotels location is excellent. Close to the center by metro but full of vibrant restaurants and bars. It was also close to supermarkets which was helful since it didint provide breakfast. The reception was 24hrs open which was also good because we had late night flights.

The room floor was not very clean.
