Fantastic value for money and couldn't ask for a better location - bus stop one street away, and two metro stations within 10 minutes walk. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was decent and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and readily allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. We found it a lovely and stylish space for two people for a couple of nights, fab base for sightseeing in Milan, we would definitely stay again.

One small thing - the shower has great pressure and temperature, but only provides about 10 minutes of hot water at a time. This just makes planning showers necessary if there's two of you, or if you have long hair to wash like me. However, with just a little forethought it wasn't a problem for us, and it wouldn't put me off staying again.

Finding a hotel even in the middle of the night was not a problem, the keys were waiting for us in the box. Duplex apartment: ground floor - bedroom with wardrobes and bathroom, upper floor - kitchen, living room with TV and bed as a second bedroom. The location of the hotel is close enough to the center, but not central, besides, right next to the prison. Quiet location away from restaurants. Metro stop 7 minutes walk. There is free wi-fi. The hostess is nice, she came to meet us the next morning.

We took two-level apartments, thinking that the rooms would be separated by a wall and isolated. It turned out that the upper and lower floors are not isolated, they are, as it were, separated by a floor / ceiling, which holds a common internal balcony, that is, both light and sound are like in one room. All this combines a large common window on two levels, that is, there are no separate two isolated floors.

The location is great as it takes less than 5min. by walk to get to the metro station and to a small convenience store to buy some food. The condo has enough kitchen ustensils if you don't cook anything fancy for 2-3 persons. The place is clean. The second bed is on the second floor so it is possible to have some privacy if you are more than 2 persons. I didn't meet the host but he was quick to respond by email.

Everything was good just as promised on the pictures and in the place description.

The apartment was very beautiful inside and out, and had everything needed. It was a very well adapted old building. Entering through the code was very easy. There were coffees and bottled water which were very useful. We asked for the A/C to be a little hotter and the request was promptly granted. The location is excellent, in a very quiet place, 4 minutes walk from Santa Maria de la Grazie, not far from the center and close to the metro and bus. We loved everything. Thank you very much.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area not far from the city centre. It is only a 20 min. walk to all the main attractions. Amazing shower. The apartment is very private. The hosts were great. Excellent air conditioning system. Comfy bed. Looks exactly like the photos.

I would have preferred if the living space was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs as the bedroom area was quite small but this is only a minor shortcoming overall!

Great price, close to metro and tram stations so it’s quick and easy to get into central Milan and also great links to get to Lake Como!

The only thing we were a bit worried about was the prison bang opposite the property. But was put at ease after finding out that it’s just tax offenders/white collar crimes. But still, it’s a prison! But we had no issues with the area - we felt safe and were out and about at night.

The property was close to the city centre, near the tram line taking you towards the Duomo or San Siro. There was a gluten free bakery a few minutes walk away and several supermarkets in the area. The property was easily accessed via a door code. The room was clean and comfortable with options for daily cleaning if required. Kitchen had all the facilities needed if you wanted to self-cater (fridge/freezer, oven and hob and plates/utensils). The cleaner and host were friendly and helpful and the apartment was nice and quiet all evening/night. We stayed in mid-Oct and the weather was unseasonably warm, but the large windows and AC meant we were comfortable during the night.

The large windows open fully, and in the evening we has a few mosquitoes - only a problem as I was eaten alive the first 2 nights, so just a word of warning for anyone else who often get bitten.

Ease of the location and how smooth, friendly and helpful the communication was from confirmation of booking to leaving.

Wasn't aware its next door to the prison and the alarms at night - however as said, they eventually turn off. Wouldn't stop me staying here again! ;)

Lovely apartments equipped with everything you need. Located in a quiet and cosy area, within walking distance to the supermarkets and metro. Wonderful hospitable host and stuff, ready to help with any questions.

the room was very nice, clean, and the check-in was smooth and easy despite no reception or front desk. I got free upgrade to a suite free of charge, that was awesome

The location of the hotel somehow not close by, and the price of the room is expensive
