All in all, I am satisfied with my stay. The room was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. Theres a small counter in front of the reception with a kettle and coffee machine. Staffs were very friendly and helpful and allows us to store our luggage before and after check in without extra charges.

Main entrance to hotel was locked and you have to ring the bell for them to open it. When you come back late, you have to call the number on the door and wait for someone to come and open it. While we never had to wait very long, so it didn't really upset us, it was still a minor inconvenience. Room was on the ground floor right beside the entrance to the hotel. Noises from guests coming in and out, sounds of the door bell buzzing and even at times people knocking loudly on the glass door to enter.

Good location, very very polite, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, it has good A/C and the bed was comfortable. It had a small terrace where you could just sit for some air. The area is good if you're looking to get some good food, groceries, everything is like maximum 10 mins walking. It has bus stops nearby that connect to various places across the city. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to visit Milan.

Not necessarily a dislike, I just found the pillows a bit too hard for my taste. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and spacious.

The hotel is in beautiful area, very well connected to the city center; the neighborhood is beautiful with lots of good restaurants but quiet at the same time. Hotel was exceptionally clean, room that we had was really spacious with two separate entities and beautiful balconies that are looking at the backyard. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, we felt really safe. Next time when we visit Milano, we will definitely repeat our stay here. We recommend it for sure!

Everything was really great, but maybe the additional amenities could be a plus (fridge, mini bar, maybe the option for a breakfast). Even without these things, nothing was missing.

Great location. The area is full of places to grab a coffee, eat, and shop. The room was large and spotlessly clean (serviced daily). The staff was very friendly, competent, kind, and helpful. We'll happily return when planning our next stay in Milan.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy, warm, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The view from the window was beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the place. A special thanks to Carlos at the reception—he was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended a great restaurant and gave us lots of useful information about the city.

A bit too far , we didn’t want to use public transport but we had too , if you are staying for longer period than it’s ok , otherwise book something closer to M1 area

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were available if we needed anything. We were upgraded for free to a bigger room with a balcony, which was a great bonus. A short walk from metro station.

Rooms could do with a lick of paint, but this did not effect our stay.

The location of the hotel is in the city center and very close to the M1 metro stops, you will not feel any uneasiness even if you arrive late at night.The staff are very helpful and wonderful people

Breakfast is not included in the prices, which is a bit annoying.

I liked everything. The staff is very nice and pleasant. They helped us with everything and answered all of our questions with big smiles. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and the most important thing is that it was clean, neat and warm.
