The hotel is in beautiful area, very well connected to the city center; the neighborhood is beautiful with lots of good restaurants but quiet at the same time. Hotel was exceptionally clean, room that we had was really spacious with two separate entities and beautiful balconies that are looking at the backyard. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, we felt really safe. Next time when we visit Milano, we will definitely repeat our stay here. We recommend it for sure!

Everything was really great, but maybe the additional amenities could be a plus (fridge, mini bar, maybe the option for a breakfast). Even without these things, nothing was missing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy, warm, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The view from the window was beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the place. A special thanks to Carlos at the reception—he was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended a great restaurant and gave us lots of useful information about the city.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were available if we needed anything. We were upgraded for free to a bigger room with a balcony, which was a great bonus. A short walk from metro station.

Rooms could do with a lick of paint, but this did not effect our stay.

The location of the hotel is in the city center and very close to the M1 metro stops, you will not feel any uneasiness even if you arrive late at night.The staff are very helpful and wonderful people

I liked everything. The staff is very nice and pleasant. They helped us with everything and answered all of our questions with big smiles. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and the most important thing is that it was clean, neat and warm.

Clean rooms. Staff were responsive to concerns. I initially had a room near the lobby and so the sound from there would disturb. Thankfully the staff understood the issue and were happy to move me to a room which had less noise

Very good position, excellent value for money! It's not clear to me why the hotel is rated only one star, my experience was absolutely OK, and it exceeded my expectations.

The Metro station is near. The place is in a very good location. Comfort room,clean,all the facility you need :). Worth it :)
