For the price it was a great deal. Always free water and a good breakfast. Not so far from the center

The first room was not cleaned in the bathroom. The heat was not working. The staff was very nice and responsive though and changed us the room. The second room was good.

Situated in a very calm area, however you can find a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants there. Metro station is only 1 minute far from the hotel. Bathroom was in a good condition, towels as well.

Room is small. I was alone, so it was enough, but I guess it is too tight for 2 guests. I did not like that my double bed had 2 single mattresses. Breakfast seems to be a little bit poor, but the space and service is pretty nice.

Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice. The location was good and we found some great bars and restaurants in a short walking distance. It was also within a reasonable walk of the central area of Milan.

The room was OK but the air con never really worked completely properly and was centrally controlled by the hotel. We had to ask reception to actually switch it on more than once during our stay, and as a result, the room always felt a bit stuffy and never reached the temperature that we required.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and spoke good English. We could park for free in front of the hotel for one night. Technically parking is for local residents only, but the receptionist told us that it was likely OK till 5am when we had to leave. Since we were checking out before breakfast was offered, the receptionist also offered to provide us with breakfast to go bags in the morning.

Rooms were tiny by American standards.

Breakfast was great, with different options to choose from. Plant based/gluten free options also available. I enjoyed the room, spacious enough for two with a comfortably-sized wardrobe and a safe for important things. Staff were always happy to give a service with a smile. Hotel is close to Bolivar metro stop and other bus stops around the area. There's a coffee bar around the corner and a mini market close by too. Great find!

Good location if you visit San Siro stadium (AC Milan or Inter). Trolley #90 till Lotto station and then metro. Close to Navigli if you want to chill in the evening. If you are tourist who walks at least 10tk a day its good location. New metro station is nearly at the doors of entrance. When it would be finished it will be a bonus. Yes there was no sausage and omlete or egg but still good breakfast.

Price. But its Milan baby...

The location, right next to a metro station, is great. The value for money is excellent. The room was clean, though a bit on the small side, bathroom as well. The staff was perfect - explaining, addressing requests, always with a smile and a ‘can do’ attitude. Breakfast was very nice. And last, if you come with a car this is a perfect spot, outside the ZTL and with a parking garage.

Ideal location metro just over the road easy access. Bedrooms cleaned daily to a high standard.

Room had a window but facing wall ? Air conditioning very noisy. Tourist tax wasn’t aware had to be paid as you checked out ? Should of been made aware of at point of booking

The hotel is close to the 14 tram, so you are about 10 mins from the center of the city. It looks like the new metro station will be opening right at the corner, so that should make it really convenient. Staff is friendly, beds are comfortable, and the condition of the room is new and clean. Great value for the price.

It is a little far away from the actions if you only spend a day or so in Milan.

Great location in a peaceful and pleasant neighbourhood. The metro station is right next to the hotel and the ride to the city center takes about 10 minutes. The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. The value for money is really good.

The breakfast is basic, but they do offer both sweet and savoury food.
