Everything was very nice during my 4 nights stay. There are several public transport stations near by. You can choose if you want to use bus, train, or metro on your way to town or other part of city. Nice balcony, kitchen equiped, bed confortable. Would recommend to others.

Why the host still asked me to give the taxes when registration. Booking .com mentioned including all taxes. 27 Euro, much expensive if adding this.

Great apartment location, close to public transport, shops. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment was very untidy, the toilet emitted an unpleasant smell of public toilets. The towels were stained and smelled dirty. The hosts had left coffee, tea and salt, a tiny bottle of shower gel, nothing else, not even water to drink. After our visit, everything was left for the other guests, even a spare roll of toilet paper. I would advise hosts to take care of at least the simplest things that guests need.

The sofa which is used as a second bed for the group of 3-4 people is very uncomfortable and it was not easy to fall asleep on such hard mattress. However, it is the only negative thing about the apartment. Overall, the apartment is in a nice location and the rest of the furtniture is very nice.

Very good location in a nice building. Nice terrace , bathroom and bedroom. Kitchen and living room comfortable if sofa bed not used as a bed.

Floor could have been better cleaned. The sofa bed is not comfortable and they could invest in a new , softer one. Part of the skirting in the bedroom is missing and the walls could do with some fresh painting.

Sofa (the place for sleeping for one person) was not fit for sleeping. Although I asked the householder to bring any mattress, he did not do anything. It was not able to sleep there for 3 people, I had to shorten my travel. He shouldn't rent it for more than 2 people! It was terrible. The distance to the center of city was about 1 hour (bus and 2 metro lines to Duomo), not 15 min. I wouldn't go there!
