Building was in reconstruction during our stay, but works were just to afternoon and then it was ok. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was nice and calm, just near is school and playground, so if you have problem with children's voices and plays you need to close windows. If you want short stay with low cost accommodation it's the best choice. Room was clean and there is everything you need.. towels, hairdryer, plates, glasses, fridge, cutlery, big closet and shared kitchen

We had problem just with code for entry to building, it didn't work and we couldn't called urgent contact through calling nor whatsapp. Helped us other people which lived in accommodation too.

if you’re looking for a budget friendly stay in milan THIS IS IT ❤️ amazing customer service, great distance from metro (cca 10 min) and supermarket (5min) and the best local restaurant Carmen 2. It has also many useful amenities like fridge, hair dryer and shared kitchen with everything you need 😊 I fully recommend!!!

The location is really good and there are a lot of restaurants nearby, plus some groceries shops like Lidl. The room was more than enough in terms of space for one person and it was very clean. The lady at the reception desk was the only person that spoke conversational English and was really helpful.

The wifi is just horrible and not stable for more than 10 minutes at a time.

The location is 1.1km almost from the line2 Metro Station. It's not very hard to walk between Metro Station and this address. The nurse cleaned the room every day and offer towels. The price is economical in Europe especially somewhere tourism city like Milano.

The vending machine only can use cash but I don't have... if there is a exhaust fan in the bathroom will be great.

I liked everything. Especially that there is a kitchen where you can cook, and most importantly, a good mattress and thick walls, the neighbors could not be heard, as well as not far from the Romolo station and there are 2 supermarkets nearby.

Change the mop or cleaner. Everywhere the hair is from the previous client.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, cleaning services were also on the high level. We had a bath in our room which was very convenient to use

Location quite far from the city centre. Our place was also nice, just a little noisy because of the fan and people outside.

Great and friendly staff, checking out/in flexibility to suit your situation , cleanliness, good location, lift available, big and clean room, shops and metro near by. For sure we will choose this hotel for next Milan trip.

Easy and affordable accomodation. Metro station is 10min walking. The room wasn't really beautiful but practical.

The room and bathroom was spacious, and there ws daily cleaning. The property is about 10-15 min walk from the nearest metro, and there is a park right by it.
