Meeting all the standards of a two star hotel. Good location, hardly 20 25 mins from the city centre plus a lot of restaurants near by. Transportation is daily available. Metro is 7 mins walk, bus station is 2 mins walk, tram station is 4 mins walk.

I Was booked for a king bed and was given a twin bed.

Location was good as not far from the metro shops restaurant, staff where friendly and the hotel was def value for money. The breakfast was great being included and included a hot drinks machine and some really great freshly baked pastry. Would def recommend

Overall the hotel is great value for money the only issue i had was the shower in the room was extremely small and not really that usable.

The experience with reception was very dissappointing - flowers that were delivered for my daughter's birthday were not accepted, however the reception was informed that there should be a delivery. very sad experience.

Good value for money - relatively clean, good location, bare minimum facility that you expect from the hotel were present..

No AC, no elevator, physical keys instead of key cards , that you need to return to reception every time you exit.

nice and welcoming personnel location close to Forum nicely collected for public transportation use

we came for breakfast at 7:50 and everything was almost gone still was enough for us ☺️ so we didn't stay to see if there was any "restock" after we left at 8:15

Everything was perfect Staff were nice, they have even gave us our room before checkin time Transport is near (10 min walk) to tram & metro and 15 min to the center Breakfast was decent

The stuff was great! They helped us a lot with a problem that we had 1 day before our leaving and generally with every information we needed! The room was clean and the housekeeper did a great job! The hotel is 10 min. walking from the Metro station and everything was near by metro.

The front desk was delightful and extremely helpful. They helped me check in earlier than the schedule, and the room was cleaned thoroughly. The location was walking distance to many supermarkets and the canals area

Everyone was very helpful and willing to help. The room was very clean, the location not very far from the metro station and the reception is open 24 hours, even if I had to wake up the kind man who took a rest for a while. Not to mention that I booked a room a few hours before I arrived and everything was ready on time. Thank you for the accommodation!

Comfortable bed, good shower, nice area. Good value for money. Not the best hotel in the world but for the price, it’s cheap and cheerful.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t keep our own keys, whenever you leave the hotel, you have to hand your keys into reception.
