This hotel is truly a gem. On-site parking is available exclusively for guests, it’s a major convenience. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the standout feature is the staff. The reception team is exceptionally friendly and made a great impression right from the moment we arrived!

The room was very clean, bright and airy with a window facing the main road but it was not noisy. Most important for me was the shower and this met my expectations - water pressure was good and the temperature easily adjustable unlike some which were either too hot or too cold. Service of the all the staff was excellent - very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Love the coffee.

Would be nicer if it is nearer to the subway station but since the weather was good, we enjoyed the walk.

Friendly and nice staff, they surprised us and offered us free parking, cleaning was done regularly and our towels were changed daily, small but cozy room, the heating system was working properly, considering that we had rainy and cool days in Milan.

Breakfast could be more varied, quite a distance to the metro station, the room faced the street, which for a person with a more sensitive sleep can be unpleasant and annoying, but we were quite tired, so we managed to sleep.

Reception staff was very helpful, giving the right directions for accessing the parking and having breakfast. Since we traveled during July, when it was very hot outside, AC in the rooms had made a big difference.

We couldn't opt for a breakfast included packages when booking the travel. Also, during lunch there is so much noise around (other tourists and staff cleaning out the tables), that we couldn't enjoy too much the food and coffee.

The stay was really nice. The room is a bit old but perfectly fine and was clean. I would like to thank specially Matteo who checked us in. From the first second he was extremely friendly and helped us find our way around the city. He‘s amazing :). Also the second Matteo in the morning super nice and helpful. That‘s how I like to have a reception :)

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was cosy and clean. Location of the hotel is good, nice restaurants and bars nearby, two M2 metro line stations are close to the hotel, leading towards the city center, across the hotel is petrol station, if necessary. If you like to walk, like I did, you can walk next to the river, right by bars and coffee shops, to Duomo and city center. In the hotel lobby you have vending machine for drinks and coffee machine, and also some snacks and similar, with ok price. Underground parking can be booked for additional cost (for Milano fair price) and nice breakfast in the hotel, on the top floor of the building. Easy access to highway from the hotel.

Room on the street side can be noisy due to traffic, but it is bearable, I've managed to sleep without problem.

The staff was really nice. The room was clean, and they cleaned up really well. Although they forgot to provide towels for two people, it wasn't a problem when we asked. We got a free breakfast on our first day. Based on the price they charge, it's worth it, but I think there is room for improvement as the location is in a situation where the best option for a good start to the day is to have breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. It’s comfortable and clear. The Wi-Fi is very good. The stuff is kindly and helpful. The locations is a little bit far but it’s near to metro station.

For us 10€ for parking is too much,so we parked our car beyond the big boulevard where there was no payment. I think it will be useful if there is some information about Zones of Emittions and area restrictions of Milan. Because no one of stuff knows if we can come to the hotel with car which is lower Euro standards. To get to the hotel, you pass a traffic camera that takes pictures of you, so you just hope there is no problem, because the information is hard to understand. Regarding the proximity to famous sights - we walked a lot.

The parking possibilities were great if you are traveling with yr own car & with the metro some minutes away, the location is convenient for getting to the center. But most of all, it‘s the people that make it such a great stay. We had an issue with our car that required repair. The staff really really went beyond their normal duties to help us get a rental car replacement for the interim - even though we had already checked out. Thank you once again to the reception staff on 9th (&7th during checkin). We forgot to ask for yr name (as we were stressed out with the car issues). Thank you 🙏

God bless you sir, such people like you are the face of the hotel and you really make the guests happy and they will come back to the hotel for sure again and again. The room was absolutely clean, the linen and the towels were fresh and laid on the beds. We are definitely going to stay at your wonderful place again!
