The location is fantastic. The apartment is nice and well-equipped.

It was a little cold and the room and there was no possibility to turn on the heating after the receptionist left at 8pm.

The apartment is huge, 3 bedrooms and it can accomodate up to 10 people. Everything was clean and beds & pillows were very confortable. You can even cook if you want, the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking. Don't miss a walking on Navigli canal..there are a lot of restaurants in this area.

While the apartment enjoys excellent connectivity with both tram and metro services, it's worth noting that reaching the Duomo on foot requires a bit of a trek due to the distance. On the positive side, the convenient tram and metro options make exploring the city easily accessible from this location. It's important to mention that the apartment lacks a balcony, which could be a consideration for those who appreciate outdoor spaces. However, the well-connected transportation options and other amenities make up for this, providing a comfortable and practical base for your stay in the city.

Safe location, comfortable room and quiet even though it was in a busy area. It’s an added bonus they have a reception with extremely nice and helpful staff. The parking garage is very cool. Water and coffee in room upon arrival and we were offered two different rooms to pick from.

a small thing is that you have to pay €4 for a load of washing, they came out very clean but when renting an apartment it would be nice to have a machine in the accommodation or at least be able to use it included in the room price. There was also no wine glasses in our kitchen. Otherwise it was a perfect comfortable stay.

Apartments are in a beautiful building, are very clean and well maintained. The location is superb and within walking distance of all the nice restaurants and bars in the Navigli district of Milan. The mechanized underground parking garage is one of the coolest things I have ever seen.

The TV cable was not working (or perhaps we couldn't figure out how to use it?). Not a big deal.

I didn't like only the hair dryer because it was very weak, but if I needed another one, it could be given from the reception

Easy to access, really clean. Comfortable sofa bed and even though it was animal friendly it never triggered my allergies due to the level of cleanliness. We were provided with cleaning materials to wash dishes which was very helpful. A great shower also! Lovely and hot!

Limited in what we could cook as there was no oven.

In a great place close to lots of bars and restaurants and also walking distance or tram ride to main attractions. Staff very welcoming and apartment comfortable, lovely and clean .

we were charged €50 extra because we didn’t arrive until after 10pm. which we weren’t informed of when booking. If we had known we could have booked an earlier flight

Coffe in the apartment, easy check in and contact with the owner. Huge apartment with 3 bathrooms.

Quite noisy street at friday and saturday night. On the gallery there is not enough window and light.

Had good facilities, fridge with freezer and coffee machine.

Washing machine would have been a bonus. I think due to old building it has a musty smell but couldn’t windows to air as it would affect aircon coming from floor. Got used to it fast.

We reserved a parking place, but no one warned us during the reservation that the garage is not intended for large cars. So, we had to find our way and look for parking on the street and it cost us quite a bit more.
