Location was fantastic. Staff helpful and pleasant. A little noisy at night as there are some bars opposite, but it is a lively area in Milan. Rooms were fab. Very trendy and warehouse style. Breakfast was great. Around a 20 minute walk to the main centre in Milan, but quite a pleasant walk. Little mini bar treats were a nice touch. Beds very comfy. Rooftop swimming pool a great addition and quite unusual for the area. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Pool temperature was FREEZING!!!!! Pool bar tender took money for drinks and then just never bothered serving them. He indicated he would bring them over and after 20 minutes I had to go back up to chase them and he hadn't done them.

Everything, it’s the best hotel I have ever been and trust me I have been to loads! I will def come back anytime I am in Milan.

We had a room paid a bit more to overlook a canal - not the best view but the worst was a nightclub over the road from our room which was so loud and noisy all night long - even with window closed and double glazing we could hear

We had an exceptional stay at this chic, impeccably designed Milano hotel. Amazing value for the price - for a luxurious experience like this you could pay a lot more. The beds were so comfortable, the room amazingly quiet and I loved the eclectic, artful touches throughout which gave the hotel real character and personality. Highlights included the incredible breakfast, free minibar, and most of all, the rooftop pool which was out of this world - such an amazing view of Milano! Highly recommend.

The only downside was that the pool didn’t open til 10am, but this didn’t matter as the hotel was so generous, letting us continue to use the pool during the day after checking out.

It’s so noisy ; people are having parties everyday . So i slept 4am daily. It should be acoustical walls installation.

We were well received, even late at night. great attention to detail in the luxury room, fruits, sweets, delicious tea. the room is very spacious.

parking is far away. you need to leave your luggage and carry it yourself, and then pick up the car from the parking lot. very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress.

Great hotel in a central vibrant neighbourhood of Milan. The hotel has spacious rooms and a great breakfast buffet with good coffee you can order. Best part is the rooftop terrace with a pool where you can chill and have a drink between going out to the city. Everything you want to visit is on walking distance.

One thing I found strange: the rooftop pool and terrace closes for a hour between 1800 and 1900, which are nice hours to have a drink and swim there after a day out and before dinner in the city. The staff asked us to leave.

If I have a chance to be in Milano again, I would definitely consider to stay in the same place: clean and silent room, hotel situations in a calm streat located not far from M2 line station, plenty of restaurants around, pleasant sightseeing area just accross the street, nice staff, inspirative area for work and relaxing.

Great customer service!! Everything we ever needed was given to us in a heartbeat. Rooms were very clean and sometimes look after twice a day!

Some of the ingredients in the restaurant were clearly a few days old/cooked. Boiled eggs, for example ... they were never freshly boiled on the day of the service. My partner is a chef, and she noticed that straight away on the first breakfast. For a 4 star hotel, the food should be as fresh as possible.

Loved this hotel. Location a 25 min walk south of Duomo, but a 2 min walk from the canal area packed with places to eat. The rooftops bar is an excellent place to start an evening. The breakfast selection was great and general hip decor lovely.

There was nothing not to like. I would come back if ever in Milan again
