* fantastic location very near Darsena and Navigli district * spacious room * comfortable bed * coffee machine & capsules in the room * very friendly and helpful staff

* it can be a little loud at night, with noises coming from nearby bars - nothing earplugs won't solve, though * bathroom could be a little cleaner * the modification of our booking was forgotten and so our room was only prepared for two (as initially booked) - however, when we informed staff about the missing towels, the problem was resolved immediately

- Excellent location in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in Milan - Close enough to Duomo square (25-30' by foot, 15-20' by public transport) - Comfortable apartment covering adequately all the basic needs you have as a traveller - Kind and helpful people in reception

- We weren't aware that some extra money are needed in advance to cover probable damages that could be caused in the apartment during our stay and this caused some discomfort initially - Towels were not replaced by clean ones for the first 3 days. Only changed the 4th (and last) day of our stay

Navigli Suites was very clean and had everything you needed for a short break. The toiletries were lovely. The room was great, and it felt very safe. The young man on reception (from provincia di Bari) was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It is just a short walk from the metro station, and the Navigli canal is close by just a 10/15 minute walk. You can take a leisurely walk to the centre of Milan it takes about 30 mins, but the Metro/Trams are very close if you don't want to walk.

The only thing I can think of is that it could do with a bigger sign outside so you can find it easier.

We really liked this apartment. It was a warm spacy room with own kitchen zone and dinner table, very light due to the big window faced to the quiet yard. There was a small dressing room where you can leave outwear. The Wi-Fi was good. The free toiletries were excellent: custom shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, slippers. In our apartment there was a bath, not shower cabin. The location is good: you can reach the city center by tram, metro or on foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We managed to leave our luggage after the check-out without any problems.

The electric kettle was leaking. The single bed creaked a lot when you turned over on it.

Clean and comfortable room, has enough space, same as the photos shown on booking, not far from metro station, 25mins walk to Duomo, many restaurants around. Can keep luggage there after checkout. Staffs at reception are very friendly and helpful!

Doesn’t provide breakfast, but there is one cafe beside, there we could have our breakfast.

It is located very close to navigli, which is a very lively area in milan. Also there is an underground and tram station nearby, and the city center can be reachable within walking distance. The room was pretty big for 2 people.

The kitchenette doesn’t have any pans to cook, and might be slightly noisy during the weekend as it has a bar nearby, otherwise its all fine.

Everything so neat, clean, the reception so kind, ready to help, on the check out day they kept my luggage for the whole day without any extra charges. I felt so safe in there. The location is so strategic, in 2 minutes you can go straight to the metro station. Nearby you have supermarket, atm, the poste italiane office and a bakery, so no need to move too far if you wanna get something really fast. Highly suggest to go for this hotel. Have a good staying!

Friendly and supportive staff. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but it is near to a bohemian neighbourhood with many restaurants and bars around. There is plenty public transport options available nearby.

Poor sound insulation. No free car parking - you can park on the street or in the metro station parking (~50 euros daily).

Well located near to M2 line and restaurants. Clean and well resourced apart hotel rooms. Really helpful staff and would stay again

Approach to hotel is bit misleading with lot of graffiti along street

We have a problem with the transfers to the airport and the waiter Endrico warned us. We are so gratiful because Endrico sad to us about the transport strike and advises to go Asap to our destination back to our country and we arrive in time. The rest was very good, the location of the hotel, the clean etc.
