The location is great, a private courtyard, opposite the basin for the city's canal district. It's quiet enough. You're also a few hundred metres from Porta Geneva Rail station, which the city's M2 metro line serves, so you're 15 minutes from the city centre. The living space is compact, but we didn't need lots of space. The kitchen had lots of equipment and there were plenty of plug sockets (2 and 3 pin) around the place. The shower was hot and the bath was deep. Check in was easy online. The host shared contact details before we arrived so we could ask any questions. We asked about plug sockets and they were super helpful.

The bed was a bit on the uncomfortable side, just a spring mattress with a topper. The pillows could probably do with replacing too. The sofa-bed was a bit lumpy to sit on, but we didn't spend too much time there. We swept the floor when we left, but it could have done with a hoover before we got there. There was also something on the floor by the side of the bidet that could have been cleaned better.

We spend a beautiful six days in Milano. Our host Lorenzo ws extremly friendly and available for all our auestions. Hbhall Darena is lovely place, with excelent location, many restaurants, bars and markets are close to the apartment. Metro station "Porta Genova M1" and tramp stations are close to the apartment. You can enjoy a pleasent 15-20 minute walk to the Duomo and all the main Milans attractions

Sofa bed in living room can be better for sleeping....it is slightly worn out from use and could be repaired or replaced. On winter time in Comune Milano recomeneded temperature in apartments is 20 degrees, so can be little cold in my opinion. But you have aircondition to make it little warmer

Spacious apartment in a great location - 10 minutes walk from the Metro and 5 minutes to the canal where there was restaurants / bars / great atmosphere. Apartment had the full facilities - fridge / microwave / kettle / coffee machine / air con / en-suite with masses of storage. There location was vibrant, never short of somewhere to eat or drink, catering for all budgets. Free WIFI is always a bonus. Apartment was clean and tidy

The apartment was on the 6th floor - lift only went as far as 5th floor so wouldn't be suitable for the less mobile.

Nice apartment, good location, spacious, well equipped. Comfortable double bed. Some free coffee capsules and sugar. All in all a good experience.

Entering the apartment can be difficult for the uninitiated. You have to use an intercom then an internet link then a physical code on a key case. In case of a power outage it is even more complicated. We had 2 apartments Loft 1 and Loft 2. The mop and 2 pillowcases were missing from one, in the other we found the freshly washed sheet still wet. The sofas are a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Showering in the downstairs bathroom is made more difficult because it is a bathtub, not a shower cabin. In Loft 1 the air conditioning was less efficient, but still worked. We were promised that someone would come to check but we were not informed and nothing changed. Anyway, nothing essential that would disturb our vacation.

The location was fantastic. Right near the canals which was such a nice vibe. It was also on a quiet street so i wasn't disturbed. The apartment had nice quirky features and most things needed for a self-contained apartment. Super easy instructions to access and super lovely host was available whenever I had any questions. I was travelling by myself and felt safe with this location and apartment.

I didn't realise there was not a proper shower, only a bath with a shower head which was slightly difficult to use but that maybe my fault for not checking the description carefully enough

Great location near Navigli and the metro station. The room was clean and they give you nice extra’s to clean your clothes or to do the dishes! There is Netflix, a freezer, a fridge and coffee!

The stairs to the bed were small and the roof over our head was +/- 1 meter from the bottom. So you need to stoop to get in your bed but for us it was no problem, we are young. Something the hosts can’t do anything about are the bars and youngsters making noise on the street in the weekends. But you can close the windows and turn the airconditioning on…

I saw some bad reviews about this place but I don’t really get it. Apartment was very clean and spacious. I was afraid that it is going to be cold but it was very warm. Place of the apartment is amazing - you can walk to every sightseeing on the foot but also metro station is very near. There is bar downstairs and you can hear some music from there but I’ve been in Italy many times and if you are staying in the center - you will ALWAYS hear some noise. So it was not an issue for us. Oh, and there was Very comfortable bed! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is very good, we loved walking around the neighborhood. There were many nice restaurants, shops and bars nearby. All tourist attractions were within walking distance. For things outside of Milan, the metro station was very close. Also, the appartement had everything we needed, There was a washing machine and many great kitchensupplies. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

It did take more time to collect the property keyes then I initially expected, but that was fine and did not bother us too much. And the water temperature in the shower sometimes was randomly very cold of very hot, but that might be a local issue.

Little noisy from street activities. Lacking a place to store luggage on day of arrival/departure

The property was very clean and centrally located. Close to canal with many places to eat and have fun. Duomo is also close in about 20mins walk.

The studio apartment has no doors and it’s not very convenient for 4 friends as it has 1bedroom and 1 living room with sofa and the space between them is open.
