This perfect hotel is located in the heart of Navigli neighborhood. Lots of shops, cafes and lovely places to see are around. Tram no 3, just around the corner, will take you directly to the Duomo. f you prefer to take a walk, you can go to the center via central shopping street with lots of shops and cafes. The first thing you'll meet in the hotel is the perfect so nice and helpful staff. The hotel has on site gim, gourmet ZAIA restaurant, cafe and very popular night bar, where you can grab a drink with friends and hang out in a perfect atmosphere. The junior suite was huge, perfectly clean, quiet, cosy and well equiped, as well a nice very big balcony/patio connected with the suite. Every suite is designed diferently. We stayed in the Hunting suite and it was perfect. So don't miss the experience in the hotel and enjoy a lot!

The executive room had a private patio which made the stay very comfortable and welcoming after a full day on your feet. Big & well designed italian bathroom which was beautifully arranged. The breakfast bar was excellent, lots of fruits & cakes and vegetarian and vegan options. The cooked breakfast menu was great with a twist on the standard egg omelette and egg Benedict. We dined in on the first night. It was good, all the Milanese cookery standards were on offer. I also liked the variety of bars and restaurants nearby so there is a choice of food options depending on budget and appetite: wine bars, fast food staple, Milanese cuisine, pizzeria or lunchtime trattoria. We ended our second evening at the amazing in-house cocktail bar. Worth a drink just to admire the quirky decoration. All the staff was welcoming and tremendously helpful with sorting out various queries regarding car parking, transport and late check out.

The number of light switches in the room are a bit over the top. I could never remember what light switch to operate. A magnifying glass in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.

Very quirky and trendy property with great staff. We upgraded to the junior suite which was lovely although it was more a delux double than suite as it was quite small. The balcony was a nice addition although we didn’t use it as it was January. The hotel staff were amazing and we asked for a kettle as there was only coffee making and it was brought straight away. The cocktail bar was great fun although expensive! We went to the restaurant for an evening meal and it was fantastic - we had the tasting menu and I would say it’s Michelin star quality. Expensive but beautiful food and the staff were amazing.

The cocktails were expensive and the room was a bit small for a suite. Need a kettle in the room but apart from those small things it was an amazing stay

The gentleman at reception is warm and unpretentious and was super personable and helpful. Ten out of ten for him. The apartment was quaint and very spacious. The hotel has plenty of character and charm. The location is excellent for exploring lovely Milan on foot and the no.3 tram just across the street will take you straight to the Duomo. Also close to the canal for dinner or drinks. Would return.

The bar service was awful. We walked in and took two empty seats while the place was almost empty. The hostess hissed that she had wanted to give our seats to another couple who had arrived at relatively the same time as us. She asked if we had made a reservation despite the place being empty. When we told her we were hotel guests she asked for proof and could not seem to manage a smile. The bar staff were chatting and joking amongst themselves showing little interest in guests and she soon re-joined them. We eventually ordered a drink each and left unnoticed. Disappointing.

Great location, easily walkable to everything for tourists and good shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was fantastic and balcony and big bathroom area were great. The bar on the first floor was very cool and great decorations and cocktails.

The service at the bar was slow, the bartender seemed to have friends at the bar and was not making drinks quickly. The server with the beard was very attentive and helpful but wasn’t able to make the drinks for us and he felt very bad it took so long.

One of our favourite hotels ever! The decor is MAXIMALIST ! And to have a terrace to sit on, shaded, sound of bird song in the middle of a big city??? Fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, staff were fantastic and the navigli canal neighbourhood a delight to explore, while still a 20 to 30 minute stroll to the Duomo.... great locla restaurants, comfertable bed, liked everything about it

The hotel is in the perimeter of ZTL and is easily accessible to Trams for the attractions. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. When we forgot my son’s gift (from his teacher), the team identified it immediately from the room and was ready to ship to us, even though we went to pickup in person!

The parking garage is in underground and is narrow which needs careful maneuvering.

Fantastic laid back, groovy vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved how different our room was (we had a racing car themed junior suite). Breakfast was excellent. Great location - by the Navigli canals, with its plethora of bars and restaurants. Just an all round lovely experience.

Bar was very funky, worth a visit - but a bit on the pricey side.

I absolutely loved my stay at Atheos in Milan! This hotel is a gem, and its uniqueness truly sets it apart, from its captivating decor to its exceptional approach to guest hospitality. The room was comfortable, spacious (with a nice terrace), and exceptionally well-equipped, with delightful decorations. There were moments when I wished for more lighting in the corridors and rooms, but I believe this is part of the hotel's signature style, and it adds to its charm. The breakfast was delicious, with a caring and friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Their helpfulness is matched only by their kindness. The hotel's bar is a vibrant spot with a fantastic selection of drinks and an original menu. I stayed just above the bar, and I must say, the soundproofing is exceptional; I was never disturbed by any noise (music playing). Everything was perfect, and I have no doubt I'll return to this wonderful hotel again and again. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Dinner staff were not good. Lacked personality, enthusiasm and hospitality knowledge. Our room had a blind that would not close properly so the room was very light at night with minimal privacy. We asked for it to be fixed, we requested dark fabric cover. Neither delivered.
