Honestly it's a really good hostel! Yes, they have this rule with leaving a key on reception, but it's not so hard :) + room for 4 people + lockers + kitchen with equipment + microwaves + clean

Chill environment! It's not a party hostel, actually pretty boring but if you're looking to relax it's good. Great bathroom and room, lots of space and light, very comfortable to get to the bunker on top. Every bed has it's own light and charging spot, and there are lockers where you can even leave your phone charging inside! Best part: was very clean ! 😀🫧 I was also surprised every utility worked! It has an elevator, good wifi, and breakfast was ok for the price. The reception also has snacks, drinks and some personal hygiene items to buy there if you're in a hurry, (but obviously I would go to the little stores around). The location is not perfect but it's pretty good. I was really happy overall.

One receptionist, was being very rude to the clients and also to his (seemed-to-be-new) colleague. He really disrespected her in front of everyone!!! Did it to some other people, right in front of me. It's not nice.... Leaves a very bad vibe guys... as a tourist we just like to feel welcomed, NOT ATTACKED! In general it seems like none of the receptionists enjoy being there, maybe because they are not well paid or maybe they're mistreated also, who knows, but hostels are known mostly for the heartwarming environment on the opposite to more individualistic and "cold" hotels. But sure I recommend 100%. (If you're still here 🤫...Don't go to m r hostel, which will probably be less expensive, but totally not worth it)

The location of this hostel is very good, just near the city center, very suitable for tourists, breakfast is also very delicious

It's not warm enough in winter, it's cold at night.

The room was big enough and the bathroom was quite new (and located inside the bedroo,, which is always nice). The kitchen was pretty ok too. Useful things such as soap or olive oil where selt downstairs. The common areas where big enough too for us to have dinner inside or outside.

It would be very useful to have hangers or something alike in the bathroom, because there was no place where you could leave your clothes and towel while you were having a shower. The window of the room was quite old and could not be closed properly, which lead to mosquitos coming in.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, everything you need is there (snacks, drinks, toiletries, towels, cooking facilities). Great quiet location. Didn't know we had breakfast included so it was a bonus that you get a hot drink and freshly baked croissant in the morning ;-)

The locker was amazing, big and very touch like these used in the army! Definitely your luggage or your valuable personal belongings are safe. The room was satisfactory with private bathroom for total 6 persons. The room is hot, there is central heating system, for sure you will not feel cold in the night, towel and keyes are provided as well. The staff is gentle and very helpful. The building looks new and solid.

The room needs cleaning, i do not know when they clean. The water never gets hot even after 5-10 minutes when the water is open. The maximum temperature i felt was only 20°C. The term of hot 🔥 water is when the temperature exceeds 30°C to 35°C . For that reason the total evaluation gives less points. In addition the manager MUST change all the bed 🛏️ foams. They are very soft and your backbone is bending like a slide. For a €40/night it should be better. The accommodation is not so cheap in Milano, but at least for €40/night the bed foams and the hot 🔥 water is a must. In conclusion 8/10 is not a bad evaluation, but it could be 10/10 for this very good hostel.

A really well located Hostel, close to the Navigli. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was amazing! The lockers are big (it fits a big backpack) and you don’t need to bring your own lock to lock it. You’ll get a small towel and soap when you arrive and the breakfast consists of a hot beverage and a croissant (exactly like the picture).

The room could have hangers and also curtains in each bed for more privacy.

A few neighbours were inconsiderately noisy at night, though fortunately it did not last long. Then, there were some very minor issues: for instance, the shower head had a small crack on the side, and some water was escaping from it; however, this did not prevent us from using the shower, which worked properly (the water was hot; we were provided with clean towels, shampoo, and soap; etc). as said, these were minor issues and not real problem.

We booked a double room and got 2 x large double beds. I was actually really surprised with the room given the reviews. It was big, the Aircon was quiet enough, the bathroom was an okay size. For what we paid (and I've done 3 years of backpacking) i was actually pleasantly surprised! The location is great for nights out in Navigli however a pain if you're relying on metro. It was totally silent, never disturbed by noise from anybody in the corridor or street outside

The beds are very firm, however, again, could be worse The fan on the ceiling was squeaky but we solved that by turning it off.

The room was clean, and the hostel was quite central. Croissants and coffee were extremely decent, and i really liked the staff. It seemed like the setup was efficient and easy for all.

The owner(s) skimpedout on some essentials!!!! No hand soap! And one can only wonder if the staff are afforded hand soap?! No bath mats - so the clean bathroom turned into a pigsty by 9 or 10. The towels and locker included, but the towel was too small to fit around my female body. Finally, they wanted to cargeme to store my bags for a few hours!!! WTF???? I have NEVER been charged to store my bags ANYWHERE! Super poor policy!
