The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Though literally at the crossroads, you don’t hear the traffic when the window is closed. Easy ample parking just by your door, yet there’s another door that leads into a carpeted corridor to reception and breakfast. Spacious, clean and freshly decorated room. Very convenient to stay with and walk a dog. Lovely restaurant next door serving good food and wine. Great to have a bar at the hotel for a drink upon arrival before dinner.

Just one thing: the inner walls are not very soundproof - you can hear the neighbors, but mine weren’t a problem at all

Hotel is okay. Breakfast was pretty good with fruits, yogurts, sweets, two cold cuts and cheese and a selection of breads. There is no lack of parking and it's possible to drive right to the door to unload everything before you park. As for the rooms themselves: Our room had two single beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The normal beds were good. The aircon seems to have worked well (it was not much needed). The bathroom was comfortable with a big bath (a bit high to climb out of however). Everything was clean. All in all a decent value if you don't have kids and only book the two main beds (and you better not expect a double bed as ours was two joined singles).

Sofa bed is terrible.

Place to park the car, just in front of the room, with roof. Cleanliness, very nice staff. Direct access to outside of the room for our dog pooping, (quite usefull in the middle of night)

Modern, clean, comfortable, well-located for Pavia - easy to go out and eat there a few km down a straight road. Good breakfast and excellent parking space. Feels more like a business hotel but I was perfectly happy there for a single night.

Nothing related with hotel, but if you push yourself to find something may be the location of hotel may evaluate as negative.

Breakfast had a good choice. All staff were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel room was clean and spacious.

The WIFI wasn't that great at times-

Rooms on one side of the building (including my room) hear a lot of traffic in the morning, more than one would expect on a small road like this. But at this price no complaint.
