The place is easy to find and to access, as all information to access the property and enter the house is sent via phone. The house was clean and had AC (necessary in June in the region). The kitchen was fully equipped for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were instant and extremely simple.

The position with respect to the city centre is not the best: the car is necessary; otherwise, it's a 1-hour walk.

Everything was just perfect - excellent communication with the owner prior to check-in, clearest instruction on how to self-check-in, since we were delayed, very nice, spacy, cozy and clean apartment, located perfectly in a quiet area with the parking possibilities on-site. We had a 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor and for 5 persons it had more then enough space. Highly recommend!

The location is good. It has a great access to supermarkets and it’s a quiet place.

It could have been more cleaner. There were some small cockroaches here and there. And it could have been better if there were some mirrors for the room which is located upstairs too.

It was one of the really few places in Pavia where we were able to have a late check-in. Perfect organisation, parking in front and very decent accommodation.

We found the bed was slightly short for us but nothing we couldn’t cope with.

The location is great if you are travelling by car. I found the secure car park in the courtyard very convenient. It's then easy to take the motorway from there. To visit the city centre (which I recommend), you need to take the car or the bus. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful.

The mattress was too soft.

Perfect combination of value for money, friendly helpful staff that helped with all the requests we had. The apartment was very spacious and it had a decent speed internet connection. Very quiet neighborhood so one can really sleep well.

The entrance to the parking lot is a bit tight for a big car, but the car park space was spacious. The air-condition was just in the main room so it was a little too hot in the bedroom during August hot nights.

We loved the place. We stayed it number 8, wonderful apartment with 2 floors. Upstairs is a huge room with 2 beds, downstairs is a sleeping room with a double bed. Nice shower, all clean and disinfected. Every room has air-conditioning, free parking, easy access.

The place is nice and quiet. It's clean and the staff is kind.

We found the beds not very comfortable, so i suggest changing it, because besides that everything was fine.
