The facility was clean, modern. Bed very comfortable. Lots of activities there on the grounds. Pool Great parking, always a problem in Pavia. 10 minutes or so by car from center of town. Good breakfast in the morning. Very quiet.

The jet bath tub was in the main room. There was no private bathing area. And yet the tub was not big enough fir two. Plus, there was no shower screen so it was impossible to not spill or spray water over the edge of the tub into the main room. No dedicated shower either. Toilet and bidet were behind a lockable door. Would have liked a smart TV that would allow you to log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account or one that you could cast to from your phone. The property is located a little outside of town on a narrow one way street and the entrance was not easily seen, located just after a 180 degree hairpin turn. It will need an excellent GPS to find it the first time. Not one to anything really within walking distance.

The place is not new but well mainained. It is clean. Personell is very kind and helpful. This is a property which has a SPA (heated pool + jacuzzy+sauna). SPA costs ~ 10eur/pp/pday. Restaurant is fine, though nothing too special. The park around the property is really nice. Parking is inside the property plentiful and some 50 m from the main entrance. It is a great place to stay after a day travel.

We have arrived by car. The entrance to the property was difficult to notice. It is a few hundred meters along the road from where GPS brings you and isn't easily noticeable (a clear signs at the main address and at the entrance would help much)

I liked how clean the room was and the staff

I didn't like that I had to pay an extra 20 for the spa and dinner and I could have acess to the swimming pool at night but overall it's was great

The location is amazing, Best place to have a dive into nature in town.

Breakfast is quite poor, junior suite has no shower, internet is incredible slow and unstable.

Great location and staff

Due to Covid there was no breakfast buffet. But we appreciated that they charged only Euro 10 for the breakfast. Also due to Covid the indoor pool was closed since two years.

The adjacent park and the swimming pool

They have no clue about marketing and there is not really a warm welcome. I was seemingly the only guest and of all the fine rooms they had available looking out on the parc, they gave me the smallest room looking out at a back yard through a small window. I complained about the room and asked if they could upgrade me for which I had to pay a 13 Euro extra. This room was far better and looked out on the park.

Breakfast needs serious improvement. Few things, quality not meeting expectations for the paid fee

Staff were extremely helpful and when my plans changed helped getting a late check out. Restaurant staff were also friendly and accommodating

Cleaning of swimming pool unacceptable (foliage everywhere should be collected frequently, cleaning of surface should be done almost daily), overall Cleaning (windows, dust), old and uncomfortable bedroom mattress (to be replaced urgently), bathroom for people with disabilities should be reserved and not offered everyone, poor breakfast choice.
