Great location an easy walk to the town centre, but tucked away on a quiet side street. The property is well kept and appeared quite safe, behind locked gates, including the carpark. Check-in was easy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious, and the included amenities were fine - TVs, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, all good.

The place is perfectly suitable for a stay for a few nights, but it's a property that clearly receives its wear and tear from constant short-term use. The sofa cushions felt like they could use a shampooing (one had a loose arm, too), and the towels were fairly old and rough. Again, for a short stay, perfectly serviceable, but definitely doesn't feel like a "home."

The room was very clean and big, well organised with a lot of facilities. There was a small kitchen with all necessary stuff so you can cook and use. There were a good coffee with a small coffee machine and some cookies as a bonus. All the facilities were good and easy to use and everything was working. The location was very good and easy to walk in the city centre. Self checkin was very easy and well explained so we didn't have any issue. The parking location and spot was very good and very affordable.

There is only one window in the room and it's facing the parking lot - if you want to have some light or sunlight... you have to see thd peopel in the parking lot which is in from of the room. It is a very dark room. I wouldn't like to stay in that kind of room for more than one night. The showroom is quite small and it has some smell... The location is not as central as written. It takes some time to get to the stores , café and bars.

The host was very friendly and explained everything quite well. You can park your car in the backyard of the apartment building. The backyard is closed with an automatic gate. From the apartment, you can reach the city centre by walking 15 minutes, which is convenient because parking spaces are limited. There is a nearby pasticceria where you can get a good breakfast at a discount of 10%. In the apartment you can find good suggestions for restaurants for dinner. The apartment has a separate kitchen, living room and bedroom.

The bed was a bit small. I think only 1.90 m long and 1.40 m wide. Just big enough for the two of us.

App 1/La Certosa is very nice for a stay over. Everything you could need is there. Comfy and clean. Slept well. There's much privacy, didn't see the personel or owners but communication via WhatsApp is very easy and helfpful. Price is very fair. The center is a +-15 min walk and has a few places to sit and enjoy a drink / dinner - or to shop. Grazie and maybe till next time.

It's a mixed neighboorhood, some buildings typical and beautiful with flowers - others old broken, or covered in Graffiti.. Didn't bother us much and it wasn't unsafe either but it's a reason why its not a 10. Would still book it again so:)

We stayed there for the second time. Also this time nothing serious to complain about. Position is ok, only 10 minutes footwalk from the city center. As the host was not available we checked in and out ourselves following a procedure sent to us via WhatsApp, which worked quite well. The room was clean and large and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and coffee maker were also available.

The bathroom in unit 4 is quite small and a bit uncomfortable. Also no way to sleep a bit longer on Sunday as it was very noisy and apparently poorly soundproofed. In the early morning children started running around in the apartment above making a lot of din as they stepped on the skylight above the bathroom and then guests gathered and spoke loud on the adjacent parking lot, one of them sitting on our windowsill.

After a bad start (they said there was an issue with our originally booked room and the new one we stayed in was full of ants) we got moved to a new room- bigger and better than the one we originally booked. The new room was big & spacious, with a comfortable bed

Initial room issues, and then the bathroom in our new rooms was very small and hard to move through, plus when it rained the bathroom wall leaked

The secured parking within the property, spacious apartment, easy entrance with self-check in. Clean, cozy and very good for staying longer with a kitchen and walk-in wardrobe.

The city was surprisingly empty with almost no restaurant open in the evening and a lot of mosquitos biting.

Flew over from England me and my family booked out a couple apartments within this place and it Was amazing! We only stayed for a few nights wish I would have stayed longer. Amazing location. Loads of towels and hairdryer. Extra blankets in the drawers I haven’t got anything negative to say about this place! Thankyou!

The hotel is located on top of the city with a fantastic view over city, harbour and sea. We were welcome and served very friendly and can only recommend this location. However, we recommend coming by car since it is quite a steep climb.
