This was a very posh hotel not long ago, but it seems, its remote and highly specialized location (a sport and concert arena nearby) has taken its toll. You'll still have a fantastic experience there. Those interiors are something to behold - I've never seen walls covered in fabric. Everything is so well fitting together. However, it's all a bit dated. You can clearly see that the budget doesn't allow for proper management of all this poshness. Broken thing here, chipped decoration there, improperly closed technical access lid there - and so on. The AC seems to be in some sort of economy mode, so it's somewhat toasty during the day - around 24-24.5 C. Oh, and that covered parking area... Well, it's all really convenient, but not that representative anymore. Don't get me wrong, you'll still enjoy your time there, the staff is really nice, hard working and attentive. The atmosphere is still there. The breakfast is just ok, but I don't think it's disappointing. There's a metro station nearby, and a shopping centre 15 minutes of walking away. And most importantly - Unipol Forum (or whatever its name in the future) just outside. All in all, me and my family would definitely stay there, if we are to visit Unipol Forum again.

Feels like the hotel needs maintenance asap. Broken decorative glass panels in one of the elevators, dirty, worn out and improperly closed technical access ceiling hatches in the room. Somewhat dirty and unmaintained covered parking - some puddles, broken machinery noise (maybe that was the problematic AC?), dilapidated passage corridor from there to an elevator room. As if you're in some sort of construction area. Other small things here and there. As I've already mentioned, the AC was in economy mode or something, the room's temperature in the evening stayed at 24-24.5 C despite setting it to 17 C and full blower force. That probably was the most disappointing thing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s a lovely and well-maintained property with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast exceeded my expectations in both variety and quality. I especially appreciated the presence of a separate bidet in the bathroom—a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of my stay. When I requested a kettle, the staff provided one promptly and at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. The location is also excellent—close to the Unipol Forum, where I attended the Sabrina Carpenter concert, and conveniently near the metro station. I noticed some reviews mentioning issues with bugs, but I personally experienced no such problems. My room was on the fourth floor, which may have contributed to the absence of any insects during my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

A hotel that has seen its heyday, especially in terms of the surroundings and the actual usability of the "garden". Further from the center of Milan, but easily accessible by metro. Optimal for people whose main goal is to visit an event in the nearby Unipol Arena.

A room with only a thin door connecting the room to the next room, apparently as part of the "connected rooms". The doors did not dampen sounds at all and even let light through the gaps under the door from the next room. The windows lack nets that would prevent the penetration of mosquitoes, which are in abundance around the hotel, so opening the window in the room in the evening was impossible.

I booked this hotel in Assago as it was the closest to the arena where were were attending a concert. the room was reasonably comfortable, small bathroom. It was in November 2024, so the gardens didn't really look great, but i imagine would be lovely in Spring/Summer. Whilst we intended to take the closest metro to visit Milano, we ended up taking a taxi at a cost of circa € 40. My husband does not walk very well, so we found the metro station was too far away for us. Car parking was free. Breakfast was quite good, for italy which is not known for great breakfast. we had dinner in the hotel, with 10 friends. it was very good and reasonably priced.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and the moment you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted with a very beautiful atmosphere. The reception was warm and welcoming and we were truly impressed. The hotel room was wonderfully equipped and we slept well. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful when we had an issue with our card not working to enter the room. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety to suit everyone’s tastes.as nature lovers, we appreciated how beautifully the hotel blends with its surroundings. We felt very comfortable and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Garden. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Assago Forum Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Form the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their friendliness and professionalism. The receptionist who handled our check-in and check out was exceptionally attentive and efficient, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning, and the hotel facilities were implacably clean. The size of our room was just perfect, offering both comfort and space. Overall. Our experience amazing, and would highly recommend Royal Garden for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable stay in the city.

It was difficult to get an Uber or freenow taxi to the Hotel late at night . So if you plan to stay very late, keep that in mind. However if you have a car, this won’t be an issue.

The location ,spacious room even its a bit old ( furniture ) and also the concierge staff by the name of Dany . He was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, which made our experience truly enjoyable.

I would also like to share a small piece of feedback regarding the front desk staff. While they were helpful, I feel that a warm smile and a more welcoming approach would make a big difference, as they are the first point of contact for guests. A friendly and cheerful reception always sets a positive tone for the stay

The hotel is very clean, elegant, spacious, the rooms are also spacious and clean. It is 200 meters away from the Unipol Forum where my concert was so the location was perfect for me. There is only one metroline to the center and it takes 40 minutes to get to the center but you can reach every major tourist site with this line. Evenings I could hear the basses from the concerts at the concert hall because my room was overlooking the forum but no major inconvenience.

I don't have any remarks.

The hotel has a fantastic location! 5 minute walk to the Unipol forum and the metro station. The staff were very friendly and professional. The cleaning ladies were also very kind. You can tell that the rooms are old (the wallpaper is peeling etc.). It was comfortable. The breakfast is at 7am. I was even able to check in early because the room had already been cleaned. It is a perfect hotel for concert goers. The shopping centre is a 15-minute walk away.

The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, the hotel is big and nice. The staff were also helpful and overall nice. Breakfast (not included in our booking) was 15€ per person, and it was good. Good value for money. The location of the hotel was beneficial to our stay as we did go to Mediolanum Forum for a concert and it was a very short walk from the hotel. The bathroom (with bathtub/shower) was exceptional. A nice touch was leaving a can of water as a "gift" because they are undergoing renovations, much appreciated.

Overall the room need some renovations but my understanding is that it is already happening, the carpet was quite dated and there were dead mosquitoes on the walls.
