I stayed here for a concert in Unipol Forum, which was the best choice as I saw the crazy line to the metro station. The room was cozy and clean. (befor I found an ant there...)

The hotel has a very modern and tastefully designed interior, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, so is the bathroom. The location is convenient as it's right next to a shopping mall and the metro green line that takes you to the city center in under 15 mins. It's also less than 1 km away from the naviglio where you can walk, run or cycle safely in a green space. We appreciated the hotel policy of giving you a drink voucher for every day you forfeit room cleaning - great initiative. Friendly faces at the reception at all times.

Sound insulation could be better, we heard quite a bit of noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms.

The hotel turned out to be a great choice for business trips to Milan. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and attentive. The room is not very large, but it is comfortable and perfect for short business stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a bath, which is a big plus. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance from the metro station and a shopping center. Free parking and proximity to the metro are huge advantages in Milan. There is also a taxi stand nearby, which is convenient for quick travel around the city. The breakfast is good and fairly varied, with fruits, vegetables, and a good selection of drinks. Overall, it’s a pleasant chain hotel, perfect for business travelers.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. For example, a welcoming gesture like a free bottle of water and slippers would be appreciated, as it’s a standard offering in such hotels. Also, it should be noted that in some areas the hotel is slightly worn out, with visible signs of wear and mold in the bathroom. If these minor issues are addressed, the hotel would be an excellent choice for visiting Milan, especially if you’re traveling by car.

Great hotel. Great room, great bar, great breakfast. Commercial centre just across the hotel. Great usage of space, beautiful decoration.

I did not like one of the reception staff ability to solve problems, since i felt cold and wanted a little heater since the general heating system was not yet implemented due to coldness not having reached the right levels, but i know mister Giovanni from the reception fixed everything providing a little heater in the room. They should make mr Giovanni MANAGER! We also loved the bar’s barman, wonderful guy. Cleaning of common areas (carpets esp) should be more thorough. Cleaning staff were a little noizy.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location, we enjoyed the evening on the hotel terrace, a couple of bunnies even came by, mostly everything was ok. The staff was friendly, the rooms were neat and clean, the beds were perfectly comfortable, I haven't slept on better beds in a long time... the breakfast was also ok, the price definitely matches the offer... only when I got out of the elevator I didn't know which way to go, everything was the same🤣🤣🤣

The hotel is located close to the center of Milan, accessible by public transportation or car. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, you can use the parking lot for free, the staff is very helpful and attentive.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom because the bathroom ventilation was not working. Since we were in the breakfast room at the same time with a Far Eastern group, we could not enjoy our breakfast at all, I can say that we had breakfast in the noise of the stadium. The middle-aged group talked loudly to each other between the tables. My request to the hotel management is to show a separate place for the groups if possible or take the necessary precautions to prevent them from disturbing other guests.

The location is well suited for traveling further south. The parking lot is spacious and it seems that video surveillance is present in the parking lot. Temperature of the room was pleasant, though the air conditioning has a limited range of allowable set values. From memory: 22 - 25 degC

Electronical curtains on the outside of the windows controlled by neighboring rooms might disturb your sleep. Either in the evening or in the morning one can hear the curtains being controlled by the rooms next to yours.

Since Milano downtown accommodation is too expensive, we chose this hotel. It is a correct decision. Form central station of Milano, by taking M2 (green line), the final stop is the destination. Getting out of the station you can see the hotel which located 200~300 meters away. The breakfast was our pleassure! Lots of choices are waiting for you.

Location: even away from center but close to metro station 15 min. to center, wide green areas, quite area, near carrefour market and shopping center. Rooms: clean, wide, well ventilated, quite and comfort bed. Bathroom: acceptable size, but need to fix the toilette in ground. Friendly staff

Poor WiFi signal. There is No free water bottle. No water boiler in room. Room service needs to charge me 10€ for a bucket of ice even it was free from the bar below! A/C not working properly

The rooms are very clean,the staff is extremely kind and helpful,there is a good shopping mall nearby the hotel.

I could not connect via my cell phone to the hotel’s wifi.Via computer everything was working but not with the cell phone. Also,some bottle of water and coffee in the room would be great to have.The hotel is not centrally located but it is very connected to the city center so this is not an issue.
