We stayed at this hotel for a quick holiday in Milan (4 days). It was absolutely brilliant! The reception staff welcomed us with a smile and an explanation of all the important details we need. The rooms were great, clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent but it would have been better if it had more options. The breakfast staff also were brilliant. Room cleaning service was fantastic they did a really good job daily. The location is perfect being close to milanfiori forum metro station (3 minutes). Although it is distant from the center of milan, its closeness to the metro station made it easy to get to the center through the metro. Overall our stay was really nice and its remark was the great treatment of all the staff. We really liked our stay here!

The room we were staying in had a modern and comfortable design. The bed and the pillows in particular were very soft and comfortable. We were there for a concert at the Unipol Forum and this hotel was situated perfectly for a stress-free experience. After a surprising rainstorm had erupted, the staff offered the guests towels at the reception, which we badly needed after having gotten soaked.

My only complaint is that the bottles of water in the room shouldn’t come with a fee. It should be standard protocol that the water is free, such is the case with other hotels. But everything else was excellent.

It’s such a beautiful and clean hotel. Towels were changed daily, staff were very friendly and ready to help. Though the hotel is about 28mins to Milan centre, I like that the metro station is just 3mins walk from the hotel. So we got to the city centre easily throughout our stay. There’s also a taxi park right outside the hotel, so that’s a plus. I loved the different choices of their delicious breakfast. Additionally, we were welcomed with fruits and drinks at the reception. That was a plus. No long wait for the elevator cus they’ve got at least 3 in the building. Overall, we had a good stay and will surely book again.

The hotel has a very modern and tastefully designed interior, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, so is the bathroom. The location is convenient as it's right next to a shopping mall and the metro green line that takes you to the city center in under 15 mins. It's also less than 1 km away from the naviglio where you can walk, run or cycle safely in a green space. We appreciated the hotel policy of giving you a drink voucher for every day you forfeit room cleaning - great initiative. Friendly faces at the reception at all times.

Sound insulation could be better, we heard quite a bit of noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, the bathroom was immaculate, the beds were really comfortable and the staff was very friendly professional and quick. Breakfast was a classic buffet type. The metro is a short walk from the hotel, and a shopping center too. Everything you might need is close. The main reason we came was because there was a concert in the assago forum and the hotel is literally across the road from it.

The only thing we had an issue with was that the A/C in our room was very weak and we were pretty hot for the duration of the stay. Also depending on which side you entered the complex it can be quite confusing to navigate but that isnt really something the hotel is responsible of.

The bed was large and very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The area around the hotel was quiet, offering a peaceful environment—perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the convenience of having a shopping mall nearby, and the breakfast provided was quite nice, with a good variety of options to start the day.

The hotel lacked some basic facilities, which was a bit disappointing. Most notably, there was no kettle in the room, so I couldn’t make tea or boil water when I wanted. It’s a small detail, but something I really missed during my stay.

The hotel turned out to be a great choice for business trips to Milan. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and attentive. The room is not very large, but it is comfortable and perfect for short business stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a bath, which is a big plus. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance from the metro station and a shopping center. Free parking and proximity to the metro are huge advantages in Milan. There is also a taxi stand nearby, which is convenient for quick travel around the city. The breakfast is good and fairly varied, with fruits, vegetables, and a good selection of drinks. Overall, it’s a pleasant chain hotel, perfect for business travelers.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. For example, a welcoming gesture like a free bottle of water and slippers would be appreciated, as it’s a standard offering in such hotels. Also, it should be noted that in some areas the hotel is slightly worn out, with visible signs of wear and mold in the bathroom. If these minor issues are addressed, the hotel would be an excellent choice for visiting Milan, especially if you’re traveling by car.

Great hotel. Great room, great bar, great breakfast. Commercial centre just across the hotel. Great usage of space, beautiful decoration.

I did not like one of the reception staff ability to solve problems, since i felt cold and wanted a little heater since the general heating system was not yet implemented due to coldness not having reached the right levels, but i know mister Giovanni from the reception fixed everything providing a little heater in the room. They should make mr Giovanni MANAGER! We also loved the bar’s barman, wonderful guy. Cleaning of common areas (carpets esp) should be more thorough. Cleaning staff were a little noizy.

It’s very hot in June, but our room was always comfortably cool with the ac. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the location. It was away from the city center, but just close enough that we were able to get to everything easily. We also had a rental car and the parking lot was huge and made parking simple for us. It was also close to a mall, cinema and many stores and restaurants.

The price was much higher than normal because it was peak tourist season.
