The hotel is situated nearby the railway central station (Milano Centrale) and you can walk easily (10 min) to the hotel. To go to main attractions (Duomo, Theatre Scala, etc), you can take metro yellow (SONDRIO station), which is very very close (3 min). The breakfast is fine, there are croissant, yogurt, cheese, salame, bread, ham/butter, coffea, tea, some desert. Eggs are also available. There is Air Conditioned that this time of the year is absolutely necessary at Italy. The place looks like safety although I never walked after dark... No noises from the streets. I have not used parking/garage, but there are a lot P available around

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to Milano centrale and to the metro station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Good breakfast, nice balcony with nice street view. I recommend this place for a citybreak!

Old painting on the walls and old furtniture, needs some tlc and this would highly improve the overall feeling of the hotel.

The room is very comfortable. The staff was kind and attentive. Everyday they clean the room and keep it on spot. The hotel is situated close to a metro station and many buses and tram connections. Easy to access and close to many important points in the city. Has a small lift but works perfectly.

Illumination is very low. There is only a single tiny lamp in the room that does nothing making the room very dark, so needed to keep the bathroom door open to get some light. Please add proper illumination to the rooms.

Good location, a few hundred metres from Milano Centrale station. The room was small but adequate, clean and had a roll down shutter to block out noise and light. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was old style and probably in need of renovation, though everything worked well enough. Strange plumbing for toilet flush (no cistern). Even with shutters down, the city is very noisy with traffic and sirens going past at all hours, though the hotel itself is in a relatively quiet street.

The hotel is located ideally to 5 min walking from Milano Centrale train station and 3 minutes to the metro station. The staff is very friendly and always wanting to help. The breakfast was good, you could find a selection of cold cuts or fresh baked goods, so everyone’s taste can be satisfied. The room was really clean and neat even though the room that we stayed in is in need of a repair asap, we hope this is going to happen soon as we notice that the stairs and the outside of the building is recently renovated.

The overall experience was great, the location makes to forget about other inconveniences. The only thing that bothered us was a constant background noise that was hearing, we thought first it was the refrigerator, but after we took the plug out we figure it is the water that is running trough the pipes lines, and I think this sound is present only in the room from the right side when you exit the elevator, as we spoke with other guests that were standing in rooms to the left side of the elevator, and they didn’t hear anything from their rooms. Also the room is in need of a repair, but this aspect was easy to forget about because the cleaning was perfect, and we didn’t mind that some things looked overused.

Chose this hotel for location right near Milan Central train station due to late arrival from airport. Only a few minutes walk which was very convenient. Very friendly staff member on night duty at check in. Single room contained all I needed - free wifi, single bed, desk, cupboard with storage. Bathroom was very generously sized and beautifully filed. Soap and shower cap amenities were all I needed. Clean and simple and convenient - exactly what I wished for after a day of long travel and to freshen up before next destination!

A few of the overhead lights in the bathroom didn't work so there wasn't much light when actually in the shower (the lights that worked were over the basin) - a very minor issue.

Breakfasts not included in price but can be had for 10 euro per day. Good selection of food. I did not realize city tax was not included but still a good price for Milan. It has three steps at the front but staff carried my bag up the steps when they saw I am an old person. Very handy to railway station and bus terminal for transport to airport and to food markets at Central Station. Bed was made every day and bathroom cleaned.

For the price I thought it was a good place.

Close to train and public transport and eateries. 1st room was good size and everything worked but had low water pressure.

On our third day when we got back for the evening we were told we had to swap rooms . We started to get ready when they knocked on door to say we didn't need to move yet - all very confusing and frustrating. We had to take all our bags downstairs next morning and come back in the afternoon when the new room would be ready. I requested free breakfast for the inconvenience and was declined. The new room was incomplete with plumbing and light fittings still in work.

Very close to Milano Central station which was convenient for an early morning transfer to the airport. Also very close to multiple Metro lines for easy access to the key tourist attractions. We only stayed here for a short stay but it was comfortable enough for us. The staff were very friendly and reception is 24/7 so there is always someone around if you need them. The restaurant around the corner is a must visit if you stay here it’s called Ristorante Pizzeria San Giorgio and their pistachio and burrata pasta is delicious!!

The bed was comfortable at first but I found throughout the night the sheet kept slipping off because there was a waterproof mattress protector and it tended to sink a bit in the middle, the rooms could do with a little bit of a decor refresh but all in all it was comfortable, convenient and available when we needed it!

I have stayed at this hotel 2 weeks before and it is a good value for the money. The location is fine (10 min walking from Milano Centrale) and safety. There is a subway (3 min) Sombrio close. The breakfast is also fine for 10 E
