Great location from which to visit the Certosa. The hotel restaurant offers good simple cooking with a Napolitan twist & generous portions. Breakfast is abundant & offers both savoury & sweet. The staff are efficient & helpful.

The dishes that were supposed to be hot were mostly just tepid, if not cold. Probably we were just unlucky as the hotel is well frequented.

The room was clean and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of options. The room was a little small but functional. The Certosa nearby is a wonderful, rich Renaissance structure, which thoroughly deserves to be seen.

The location was not quite as convenient as I had hoped. I needed to take a taxi to get from the Certosa di Pavia station to the hotel. It was a long but pleasant walk from the hotel to the Certosa.

After about 4min of my morning shower the water started to drizzle and then ran out entirely. After another 4min of waiting it came back - cold.

Breakfast was amazing, very good restaurant - we ate pizza and it was amazing and good price. We loved it. The best pizza we ate in Italy on this trip.

Very well positioned for a visit to the Certosa. The internal, secure parking was a plus. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good in relations to your average 3 star hotel in Italy.

The room furniture was a bit tired. Room accessible only via an open walkway above the internal courtyard, which is picturesque, but in subzero temperatures in February can be quite inconvenient. Also, the kitchen smells from the restaurant downstairs were very strong.

Excellent hotel. Welcome, polite and helpful staff. Very tidy, peaceful and comfortable room. The walls were a bit thin and my long phone conversation due to work have troubled the other guest staying at the room closed to mine. The room was perfectly fitted with sheets and towels. Free parking was a huge advantages. Amazing Italian breakfast.

Some improvements should be made in order that the hole facility to have wi-fi internet connection coverage. Wi-Fi were available only at the main lobby.

Great hotel right in city’s central square. Inside courtyard parking is a great plus. It has its own pizzeria and pizza and bread made there are delicious. Staff s amazing - very kind and helpful, English-speaking. Nearby is a lovely store with wonderful sweets and gelato. Great experience. Very convenient.

Room is a little bit old. There is no grounded electricity plug in the room except the one from the bathroom so laptop may only be charged there. Breakfast is fine but I would have appreciated some vegetables too.

The reason for staying here was to go to the Certosa. The hotel is very convenient for that. It is even possible to walk; a 20-30 minute walk. The parking is inside and free, which was great. The breakfast is average, but the man in charge of the breakfast is very above average. The restaurant is very popular with locals; our dinner was OK. The town's church is right next door.

Reception was flexible, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The location in a not very exciting village was however excellent being opposite the bus stop on the Milan Pavia route. It was a level 15 minute walk to the monastry. The adjoining restaurant was friendly and provided good pizza and also very sound alternatives. The room was quiet.
