The hotel was really nice - we had 2 separate rooms Staff was friendly and very helpful - we had a serious flight delay and didn't make it on time to check in, but the staff reached me via messenger and helped to check in online while we were in a taxi. As a result we've checked in quickly despite it was after 11 pm. Rooms were big, clean (it's very important to me), beds were big enough and comfortable, bathroom had everything you need and the hairdryer was powerful (not just small one). Breakfasts were good but when you come, you need to order it via a waiter - not a problem at all, but at first we were a little bit confused 😅 The hotel really is placed near the water, but I'd say great and we didn't hear any voices or ave mosquitos - btw they have protection on the windows. Also they have their own secure parking - we didn't use it but it really nice to park your car at the closed territory. So, thanks guys for a pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Versoverde Hotel in Milan. Everything was excellent – the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially with giving us information about the city and how to use public transportation. The girls at the reception and in the restaurant were especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel offered a gluten-free menu, which was a big plus. Everything was clean and tidy, and our room was spacious, with a lovely terrace. The location is solid – a bit outside the city center, but with a tram stop just a few steps away, it was easy to get around. Our car was safely parked within the hotel grounds, under a covered area. Overall, we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. A big thank you to the staff – they truly made our experience memorable. We highly recommend this hotel!

- The hotel room was very spacious and had absolutely everything (a fully equipped kitchen, an ironing board with and iron, etc); - very clean and spacious; - the staff were very friendly

- The jacuzzi that is supposedly in the price is not available after it gets dark (which is something we were not told during the check-in), so we never had a chance to use it, as every day of our stay there we were back at the hotel in the evening, when it was already dark (which, I suppose, is a pretty normal practice for many tourists, so it’s strange there is a no-jacuzzi-after-dark policy…); - no blinds on the windows, with transparent curtains that don’t keep the light out, so as soon as the sun is up in the morning, it’s very bright in the room, which makes it difficult to sleep

After I had read some of the bad comments, I wasn‘t really expecting this very nice little hotel that we found. Unpretentious from the outside, but very nice once you are through the gate. From some of the comments I literally expected to sleep right on railway tracks. That’s simply not the case. We slept in a room facing the canal and I slept perfectly - even without earplugs. The rooms were clean, airconditioning was working, the breakfast had all you need. The tram 2 gets you everywhere you want and yes the vibrant quarter of the Naviglio is about 1k away, but it‘s a very nice walk alongside the canal (or you take the tram).

The key card had a bit of a life on its own. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. I think what works best is patience or maybe a raindance (hadn’t tried it though). Spa was supposed to be very nice, but we haven’t tried it. 80 Euros for 2 persons for 2 hours (and you’re not on your own) seemed a bit too expensive, but that might just be us.

Expected a basic low-key motel style stay. Instead we were surprised with a stylish building, smart design, a super comfortable room, and a delicious high-energy breakfast fuelling us for a day exploring the city. Excellent parking and training facilities. Staff was very friendly and service-minded. Very convenient location in a quiet and interresting area of town. The hotel is next to the tram no 2 going directly to the centre. However we decided to walk along the water canal to the city centre - no problem - to catch the Milano vibes outside the usual tourist route. What more can you ask for :)

The location. Easy access to everywhere, via trams and trains. 2h train trip around £6, when booked online. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the hotel. Good breakfast selection. Great facilities. Award winning local restaurants. Cafe neaby next to the S.Cristoforo church is very popular with the locals, which says it all. All in all, it's a lovely place. The hotel was beautiful.

Nothing

Rooms and facilities are spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple (just what you need) but of high quality. One of the tastiest simple breakfasts we had. Simple meaning without the over the top buffets styles. Relatively new so a real pleasure to be in the space. Staff are all delightful from reception to housekeeping to kitchen everyone is genuine and professional. Sauna and steam room facility was great to utilise after a long day driving and they are of high standard.

It was our first visit to Milan (not familiar with neighbourhoods) and we did have a car so we were choosing a hotel that offered parking, for that reason it was good. But we didn’t realise we were positioning ourselves quite far from the centre or from the buzzing part of Navigli if we didn’t want to drive. We didn’t find much within walking distance to the hotel but that could be just us being unfamiliar with the district. We did day trips instead. Good place to rest, because no noisy neighbouring businesses.

The hotel room was large and very clean. I was able to connect my streaming service accounts to chromecast through the tv and watch my shows which was a huge plus! There's a tram stop right on the other side of the canal that makes it easy to get around the city. The nightlife on the canal was amazing, we had a great time here!

The beds were far too firm for our liking, had to put an extra pillow under my back just to be able to sleep somewhat comfortably. The room has AC and a meter but I'm pretty sure it's just a facade. No matter how low I set it the room was stuck at 25°C, and the window wouldn't open so the air was very hot and stiff. Had to buy a fan at a store down the street just to be able to cool down and get some sleep.

Very clean and comfortable, beautiful backyard, peaceful, and nice location.

We had a bad staff experience. Two people we met at the reception (a women and a man who worked in the night shift) were really nice and helpful, but one guy (bold guy with glasses) ruined our morning by being very rude and telling us how we couldnt get one coffee and orange juice. we said that we dont have breakfast included, and that we would like to pay for coffee and juice. he told us that we should wait for breakfast to finish, and then they could serve us, after 10:00 am; never ever have I experienced this in any hotel worldwide. However, the morning after he changed his behavior and tried to make it out by giving us a free breakfast.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, printed off directions, booked taxis for us, recommended places, they were great. The man at breakfast was brilliant, he was back and forth getting lemon, soya milk, extra fruit etc. for guests - nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a bottle opener and the lady at reception brought it to us straight away. All staff were just lovely. The location is great - you can walk to central Milan (takes about an hour but it's a lovely walk along the canal and loads of bars and restaurants along the way and gorgeous scenery), close to a tram to take you into the centre, it was a great base to travel into the centre from and walking distance to Navigli which is a lovely area. Our room was amazing! Nice and warm, 2 sinks, spacious, lots of mirrors, the bath and shower was great, lots of storage, great lighting, just needs more hooks to hang coats etc on! Very clean hotel, felt very safe there, left money and purse out of the safe and nothing was touched, our room was cleaned every day, it was immaculate. We sadly didn't get time to use the spa but am sure it was great!

The rooms need a bottle opener - there was a bottle of coke in the mini bar and we couldn't open it, very insignificant though. We didn't need our towels washing every day (we hung them up as the note says but they were still changed, which was unnecessary but also nothing to complain about)!
