The hotel was generally clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, our room key card didn’t work, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by changing our room and even offering one with a balcony, which we appreciated. On the positive side, the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful.

However, the breakfast service could be improved. Despite having a large breakfast area and many guests, only one staff member seemed to be responsible for the service, which made it difficult to keep up with the demand. Guests often had to wait a long time for items like bread or fruit to be refilled, and by the time they were restocked, they were quickly gone again. We felt this was due to a lack of sufficient staff in that section, and the overall breakfast quality did not quite match what we would expect from a four-star hotel.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at iH Hotels Milano Watt 13. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Milan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its easy access to the city. It's just an 8-minute walk to Tram 2, which takes you straight into the heart of Milan, making sightseeing effortless. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. A special mention goes to Liudmilla, who was absolutely wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and making us the perfect cappuccino every morning. Her warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Overall, we highly recommend iH Hotels Milano Watt 13 for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Milan!

Great stay!!The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was nice, comfortable and most importantly, clean! Just remember to tell the staff to adjust the temperature in the room so you don't freeze 😂 Definitely recommended!

The one aspect that could use some improvement is the food quality. The eggs lacked flavor and were overly watery, and there was a limited variety of bread available. So, it was okay, but the hotel has the potential to be perfect. So, enhancing the food options is one way. Additionally, the shower gel was lacking when we first came to the room. That's all!

The hotel is excellent, location is good, very close to metro stations Romolo and Famagosta where you can take a train to the centre. The ticket is 2 euro for one time use and 7 for 24hours. The area is quiet and clean. Not crowded. Again, breakfast is fantastic: eggs, bacon, prosciutto, cheese few types, juices, coffee, lots of sweets, pancakes, waffles, jams, sauces, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits etc etc etc. always full of buffet. Rooms are clean, staff amazing, friendly and kind, always ready to help. I really enjoyed my staying here. Strongly recommended even for long stay.

Location (proximity to family and Navigli) staff ( the lady on breakfast duty was very busy but always managed a smile), breakfast, value for money

A noisy bar on opposite side of the street. The music was booming till 2am on the Friday night. Saturday and Sunday were quiet. Recommend asking for a quiet room at the back of the property.

I loved the breakfast, room itself, long balcony and the comfort. There is a bus station which is 2 min walk from Hotel. The room was perfect, it was cleaned every day during my stay. The place is quite and a little far from center, but having bus(2min) and tram(15min) stations makes it easier to get there. There is also store Lidl which is close. Staff is nice and friendly.

There were no water bottles in the room, it would be nice if they put 2 bottles of water as a compliment for making tea or coffee in the room (most of the hotels do that which is very nice) . The tv gets turned on when you enter the room automatically, sometimes it is scary when u enter the room very late and tv starts with loud voices)

Quiet Location,, just a few minutes bus ride (47) to and from Romolo metro station,,, The staff are very helpful,, shout out to Camila ( receptionist ) she sorted out our problem really very early morning,, she's exceptional,, and all staff are friendliest to the Max

Evening meal options are limited, which is odd considering how good the breakfast was. There was also a lot of noise and loud music from the club opposite on Saturday night, I'd advise not getting a road-facing room if stayong on Saturday.

The location was not very accessible in terms of tourist attractions. The air conditioning was poor and it was not very pleasant due to the high temperature outside.

This is my second stay in this hotel. The previous one was 7 years ago and I feel the bathroom needs some maintenance/update. It used to be much newer.
