I'd like to mention that the hotel was great and met our expectations. Mostly, we liked the services there including room service on the next day and friendly stuff. Our room was clean and tidy on the next day (second day of the stay) and we always had clean towels which was good.

I would say the location is quite far from the center as it took us 40 minutes to get to the centrum. However, the metro station is just 5 min by walk from the hotel. This is a small point to keep in mind but for the rest no complaints to add.

We chose this hotel to be within walking distance to a tournament at Pala Badminton and it was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke English. We arrived late on a dark and wet night in Winter and didn’t expect to find anywhere open for food at 10:45pm. However, the receptionist recommended a pizzeria close by which was still buzzing with guests, had excellent service and was really cheap. What a pleasant surprise! The following night we ate in the CARNE restaurant right next door to the hotel, which is an upmarket Brazilian-Argentinian steakhouse. The food and service were excellent and the prices very reasonable. We didn’t have a reservation and turned up completely underdressed for such an exquisite restaurant, but got a table right away and had a fabulous meal. Another pleasant surprise! The hotel is right beside a metro stop which brings you to the Milan dome and other tourist sites within 15 mins. After reading many reviews about hotels in Milan, I had been a bit anxious about noise. However, I am delighted to report that I had 2 great nights sleep and was not bothered by any noise whatsoever. I had asked for a quiet room and we were put on the third floor away from the lift and the double-glazing windows kept the traffic noise at a minimum. We will come again!

The breakfast was fine for the price but could be better. It wouldn’t stop us coming back though.

1) The staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. I'd like to mention a few names: Matteo, Flavio and Ivan at the reception :) Giovanna & Karen at the restaurant :) 2) The room was large and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. 3) Large comortable bed(s). 4) The bedside lamps were excellent.

Although the price was consistent with its 4* rating, I would've been more satisfied if it were 15%-20% less.

The staff, particularly the receptionist Riccardo, is extremely friendly. He helped me change my room when I asked because the previous room was too hot and I had noisy neighbors. Additionally, he upgraded me to a larger room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The metro station is very close, making it easy to reach the city center by metro.

Hotel is in a quiet area, located right next to the metro stop, so getting around is easy. Staff is really nice and helpful, our room was ready few hours earlier so we could check in by the time we wanted to drop our luggage. They were also helpful with directions. Rooms as advertised, equipped with TV/AC/WiFi/fridge. Very good value for money.

Nothing really, if I had to come up with something I guess I'd go with elevator being a bit small and cramped.

Very cozy hotel. Excellent location - near the metro station, public transport stops. Incredibly attentive and very friendly staff. The breakfast at Hotel Oro Blu exceeded my expectations, truly a 5-star standard experience despite the hotel's size. The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay!

Good size room. Friendly and efficient staff. Near Metro station. Bus from Malpensa stops next to hotel, only 10 EUR to get from Malpensa to hotel. Breakfast was OK but not great.

Bathroom bit outdated. Some noise with open window.

The breakfast was very good. The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and good. Excellent hotel.

If you’re coming in the summer the air condition barely cools the room. You can sleep untucked but it doesn’t get cool at all.

As a FOUR STAR , they can add some fresh Omelets with herbs too in breakfasts, and can add at least one fresh made vegetarian stuff too. It will be additional attraction if they provide welcome and evening refreshments for their clients, who come to attend FAIRS and Conferences. This will help them to retain regular clients.
