The room was a good size and the facilities were great, especially the minibar. The bed was large and comfortable. We received fresh towels every day. The location was good as there is a tram stop directly outside the door and a metro station about 5 mins walk away. There is a full spa available on the top floor, with a great jacuzzi and steam room, as well as amazing views over the city.

The location, whilst good, can be slightly tricky to get to late at night when the metro service stops and the trams are reduced.

Beautiful hotel throughout! Guests are welcomed with refreshing flavored water, and the decoration is a mix of modern and classical. Rooms are spacious and clean, and what we loved the most was being able to open a large window in the bathroom. The shower had two large fixtures, so you get a refreshing bath after a day of sightseeing in the summer. The breakfast is HOT and eggs are made to order. They have a wide variety of items which makes an excellent start to the day. They even had Dal and Rice which shows how cosmopolitan this hotel is. The hotel bar serves olives, nuts and potato chips with drink orders which in itself is a great snack. This hotel is also located on Corse Sempione along the Milan Trolley line 1 which is moments from the park and castle in the heart of Milan. Then you are in best shopping one could imagine. Lastly, right across the street is one of the best Indian restaurants in Milan, called Dawat. You have to try it! We will definitely come back to this fine hotel.

They had a party that reserved the entire hotel bar during our last night. My son ordered some food and the staff were completely focused on the party instead of paying guests. After one hour my son gave up on his food order. I had to really find something to be critical of so there you go.

Lovely and well-maintained hotel, stylish lobby, nice rooms. Welcoming and really caring staff - they did their best to make us feel comfortable, and they also mediated a problem caused by a third party - thanks a lot for that! Great breakfast - nice selection of food including vegetables and fruits. Good location - easily accessible via a car, 50 minutes on foot/30 minutes by tram to the Cathedral. Convenient and reasonably priced underground parking.

A shower screen is not sufficient, perhaps a shower curtain is also needed. It would also be great to have dedicated foot towels to lay on the floor.

The location of the facility was great- near tram stop, so this was very convenient. I also liked the range of food for breakfast- hotel even served english breakfast. Room was very clean with big TV screen and beautiful furniture. I have also paid for a relaxing massage and it was indeed relaxing.

The room was nice but there was a leakage in the bathtub so when I took a shower, the water was everywhere. I also expected SPA to be bigger. I paid for a room with SPA entry and I wasn´t satisfied with just a jakuzzi and one steam sauna. I am used to better equipted SPAs.

Everything met my expectations. I would highly recommend staying here. The location of the hotel is absolutelty perfect, its next to tram no. 1, which goes directly into the middle of Milan and also at the Central Station. I will return here for sure. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is well equipped. The breakfest was very tasty with a wide selection. Im glad I chose to stay here, it was a perfect hotel for a perfect weekend. The room was nice, with lovely beds, massive flat screen TV and a very comfortable bathroom, with great shower. The breakfast was AMAZING, great variety, from eggs and bacon to salmon, cold cuts and cereal, fresh fruit and freshly made cakes and fruit tarts, gluten-free options, beehive, pastries, lots of different juices and so much more! Common areas were lovely too. Nicely decorated, felt luxurious. The staff was excellent, everyone was always very helpful and kind. They all deserve a raise!

It's kind of noisy when the windows are open because the hotel is on a busy road, but when you close them, the sound insulation is good.

Unusually, I had to deposit 50,- € as a deposit. This amount has been deducted from my credit card. I didn't use anything, no anything from the minibar or anything else. After two days, my money still hasn't been returned. That's bad style. And no it is not my bank. After 3 days nothing! After four days ... The room was really great and the hotels looks like a work of art. Really very pretty. Without deposit it would be perfect!

Was a lovely surprise to be upgraded on arrival to a beautiful room! Good location with great tram links. Staff very friendly and accommodating when we asked questions.

We stayed in nesting room 004 and I was disappointed by the amount of marks on the walls, dents in the walls. Luckily for us we had a free upgrade but had we paid for it I would have been very disappointed. Aircon wasn’t great and took a long time to kick in. Spa was nice that we paid the upgrade but the hot tub felt crowded with 4 people in, would have been nice to have an hour in the spa privately would have felt much more romantic and would allow the spending of quality time. Would also be nice to be provided with a tram map on arrival if we wanted one as would have saved us a lot of time looking for how to use it.

The Location of the hotel is less than a minute away from public transportation and not far from the main visitation spots either. Breakfast was also quite nutritious and diverse. The room very clean and the people from the reception were quite helpful and friendly. Since we arrived very late in the evening and most restaurants closed, they reserved a close by restaurant with great food for us to be able the get some late dinner.

I have nothing to complain about.

Very good breakfast with Italian specialities, great coffee, good variety. Nice interior in the hotel. There was a business conference in the facitlity when we arrived and thus we received a suite instead of a standard room, which was a nice gesture from the staff. The suite was equipped with a cool jacuzzi :)

The suite we received was rather dark, and we had troubles finding out how to properly set the air conditioning to heating mode (we travelled in March). Unfortunately the cleaning staff broke one of my wife's cosmetics during cleaning, which we had to find out ourselves. After complaining at the reception, we received a 30 EUR discount.
