The room was a good size and the facilities were great, especially the minibar. The bed was large and comfortable. We received fresh towels every day. The location was good as there is a tram stop directly outside the door and a metro station about 5 mins walk away. There is a full spa available on the top floor, with a great jacuzzi and steam room, as well as amazing views over the city.

The location, whilst good, can be slightly tricky to get to late at night when the metro service stops and the trams are reduced.

The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby is spacious & a great place to sit & relax. The bar area is delightful, offering a restaurant service also. The room was comfortable & clean with unusual decor & daily maid service. The bathroom was a good size with a rainfall shower and, although the hairdryer didn’t work, we were immediately given a new one from reception. The hotel is outside the city centre, however, there is a great tram service which runs every 7 mins right outside the hotel & takes you directly into the middle of Milan.

Although the transport links are great, there is very little to do nearby & the area around the hotel isn’t particularly attractive.

Hotel was always clean, smelt amazing and staff were always super friendly and always there to help. The room was nice, a good size and bathroom was also a good size.

We didn’t have a nice view ( over looked the property behind us ) the bathroom needs a little updating ( shower screen and alarm cord ) the hotel says it has a “spa” but it’s a hot tub with a cold shower, warm bench and steam room. Still nice and enjoyable just personally feel it’s been advertised under the wrong wording. Hotel also takes 150€ deposit when you arrive. We were unaware of this until we got there. Hotel is a little out the way but easy to get to and from city centre with the tram that comes outside.

The hotel is truly amazing! From the outside, it looks simple, but stepping inside feels like entering a wonderland filled with stunning artwork and unique pieces. It resembles the pictures we saw before our visit. This was my first hotel experience, and they welcomed us with a delightful complimentary treat—ice cream! The interior and architecture are breathtaking. When I asked the staff about it, they mentioned that the owner is an architect, which explains the artistic touches visible in every corner. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. There's a tram just a minute from the hotel that takes you directly to the Duomo and city center for only 2.5 euros. Additionally, there's a Turkish restaurant conveniently located at the corner of the street. I felt very safe during my stay, and the housekeeping was excellent; they arranged the room beautifully. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

It was a short trip to Milan for a Blackpink concert so the location of the hotel was fairly close to the concert venue which is a big plus. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated and I just love the design of the interior and the room itself. The biggest positive point for me was the comfort of the bed, it was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept in when it comes to hotels👌🏼 The room was very clean and comfortable for the 2 nights stay, bathroom as well, I loved the scents of toiletries in the bathroom 😍 Breakfast is a buffet with reasonable offer, but the best part was a double espresso 🤩The staff is super nice and welcoming and ready to help with anything necessary. I booked the hotel 3 months before the trip and I definitely think it’s a good value for money and would highly recommend it.

There’s not much to complain about, I would maybe only mention the noise from the old trams outside is quite noticeable at night, and maybe showers could use a bit of detailed cleaning of tiles, but it’s nothing too serious that would damage the overall experience.

We stayed at this hotel during a romantic getaway. The regular breakfast is excellent — varied, delicious, and well presented. The interior is excellent. The location wasn’t ideal for us personally (quite far from everything), but on the plus side, it’s a quiet and peaceful area.

However, the early breakfast served at 5 AM is honestly very disappointing and not worth the €20. If you’re planning to leave the hotel before 7 AM, I strongly recommend not paying for breakfast. One more issue: the staff seemed to struggle with the "do not disturb" request. We clearly asked not to clean the room or do anything, but the cleaning ladies were very insistent. Maybe they’re pressured to replace water bottles or check the rooms daily — I don’t know — but please, I came here for a romantic trip and really didn’t want to be disturbed during the day.

Great customer service from the staff - the hotel lobby beautiful and very welcoming. There were hotel umbrellas made available for guests when it rains which was a bonus for us who were unprepared… funny thing is we saw many ppl out and about with same enterprise hotel umbrellas so it was obviously a popular accommodation. It is a bit distant from city centre but use it as an opportunity to catch public transport like the locals. A nice find was the city life shopping district that you can walk to as it’s not far from this hotel.

Room didn’t have a kettle as advertised which I was looking forward to for a tea. Anyway staff were great and brought hot water hot to room.

A convenient and peaceful location—just a 20-minute tram ride from Sempione Park and the city center, making it a great base away from the tourist crowds. The hotel’s ground floor is truly impressive, with beautifully designed lounges and stylish sitting areas that give a luxurious first impression. Breakfast was very good, and the room had a decent size with an exceptionally comfortable bed and high-quality linens.

Our room and the entire first floor seemed in need of refurbishment—the furniture looked worn, the headboard and curtains had visible stains, the A/C was old and smelly, which took away from the overall experience.

This hotel is a real gem, beautifully designed, so relaxing that we wanted to have our farewell coffee in the hotel lobby instead of in one of the nice Milanese cafes. The breakfast is great, you can even have a Matcha Latte if you want (but we like espresso 😊), and the selection of food is amazing. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy, the beds are comfortable. The air-condition is crazy, it was 38°degrees outside and the room was super cold, so we event had to turn it off! The location is great if you want to attend an event at San Siro, which is about half an hour walk away. We would certainly come back!

The staff were nice and attentive. The hotel is very spacious and well decorated. The room was nice and well stocked with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is also implementing sustainability initiatives which is always nice to see! Breakfast was quite good with enough options.

- We went in July and the AC was blasting in the common areas - I had to take a little jacket with me for breakfast! Having the AC full blast 24/7 also goes somewhat against the sustainability initiatives they've implemented in other areas. - The breakfast coffee could be better.
