I travel often and stayed in this hotel one night after a day of work. I particularly appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The room was impeccably prepared and the bathroom absolutely clean. The room was very quiet and I slept well. In the morning I had an excellent breakfast served by quick and efficient staff. Top location close to the new citylife district and its mall.

Unfortunately it is a very busy area and it is difficult to find parking for your car. However, the hotel has some parking and the staff was very helpful in finding a space for my car. By the way, the hotel is very close to the metro station

The location was very close to the metro station. Checking in was flawless. The staff were very friendly and always with a smile.

If you have a room facing the front of the hotel, the noise of the tram in the morning is not nice at all, maybe better sound proofing could help. Also there isn't much sound proofing between the room door and the corridor. When for example the person in the opposite side of the corridor is opening his door to enter his room, it seems he is entering your room. Again sound proofed doors would help. Lift needs an upgrade.

The location was perfect you can go to center with tram 19 or metro station domodossola. If you are genius on the booking.com, they serve the breakfast free. The breakfast includes various chesses eggs croissants pancakes tea coffee. Although we arrive early, our room was ready and they allow us to enter. The size of the room.was enough, the twin bed size was almost equal to the queen bed size. Last.but not least, the staff was very helpful and always smiling.

The beds were very soft and the pillows were very thin.

Extremely helpful and kind staff; charming and comfortable with vintage decor but up-to-date fittings & bathroom; very well connected to the city centre, metro and local train stations are a couple of minutes walk away. Perfect A/C even on torrid summer days. I would certainly return on future trips to Milan

Breakfast was fine but not stellar

Good location, near tram, subway and a shopping centre. We'll located to get to San Ciro stadium. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Small terrace with fresh air. Furnished with cars and bike concept.

Room was a bit small and I found the decoration rather kitsch. It didn't feel like a 4 start hotel but well, it's Milan and hotels are expensive.

This is not a 'run of the mill' good hotel: it has a very special character of its own kind. The rooms are themed, and being an ex alpine ski athlete I happened (by chance) to sleep in a ski racing themed room, where posters of the truly great champions, as well as some memorabilia of the past, adorn the walls. Very cool. If you are a James Bond enthusiast the huge collection of 007's memorabilia (including a 007 special bib raced by Alberto Tomba!) are a must see. And there's a working slot car track too... And oh, yes, the hotel, the location, the friendly staff, are worth mentioning as well :)

It was clean and the rooms were spacious. We stayed in a double family room , we had 2 bathrooms and enough space. We had a nice stay, dont judge this hotel from the beginning. Of course this is my opinion. The staff was excellent. It had a family spirit.

The renovation still goes on and it is something that I didn't like. I think that the facade of this hotel must be painted and cleared as soon as possible. In my opinion this is that I most disliked about the hotel.

our room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel entrance was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming

the mini fridge was broken and the air conditioning system seemed a bit outdated and not very practical

This hotel is themed around aquatic activities, James Bond, Formula One, and motorcycle racing. All things that were popular in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Our bathroom was large and the room was a good size. Breakfast was traditional European fare and even had eggs and sausage. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, the metro line 5 is two minutes walking from the door. There is on-site parking through a gate to the right of the main door.

This 4-star hotel was designed in the 1970's, and none of the luxurious amenities were renewed. The floors were re-done and walls painted, but this old building's bones are still from the 70s (elevator, heating, air conditioning, decorations, smell, etc). However, if you love the era and want the nostalgia there is nowhere better to stay in Italy.

The design of every room, each one with a different topic/celebrity. The staff very kind. The room very clean and is literally at 5 min walk from CityLife so a great, great location!

Maybe the bathroom was a bit tiny. But not so uncomfortable. So anyway there is no reason not to come back. Doesn't impact to the hole impression.
