as milan is such a huge and scattered city it takes you up to 30min to get to the city centre, although the hotel seems to be central. but because of good availability of public transport next to the hotel, it’s totally fine. also, there is a nice neighbourhood if you are walking a bit. nice furniture, huge and comfortable bed

our tv or the tv channels were not working, after they fixed it the next day, only italian channels were available, not even BBC, which was a bit annoying. the AC was not working, as the sun was burning through our window it was not possible to enjoy the late morning in bed / in our room. (but we didn’t report it, so a bit of our own fault too)

Excellent hotel in a beautiful area with very convenient transport options. The bus stop is 50 meters away and the metro and tram stops are very close. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. The receptionist who welcomed us was charming and helped us with any questions we had. Our room was on the 8th floor, huge with a very large and beautiful bathroom. We had a very beautiful view of the Duomo standing out in the distance. Breakfast is offered as a buffet and there are options for all tastes. The whole hotel is decorated with Italian delicacy, it is spotlessly clean and everything works perfectly. It was one of our most beautiful hotel stays.

Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Directly on the M5 so for anyone going to any football matches or concerts at San siro this location is ideal. Room was comfortable and specious enough for two people. Minibar and some snacks (both extra charge) are provided. There is a little mini Markt just opposite however where you can get cold beers, soft drinks and snacks. Bathrobes, shower gels, lotions, vanity kits, slippers were also provided

Breakfast was ok, probably wouldn't book it again if I came as rather go out and get something from the surrounding cafés. Bathroom a little dated but it was spotless so ok for us.

Accommodation at this hotel was a great decision. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent staff. I appreciated that the room had a kettle and a small fridge. Breakfast was continental with a wide selection (vegetables, cheeses, eggs, ham, sweet pastries, yogurt, muesli, pancakes, waffles, various cakes, coffee, tea, juices). The location was great – about a 40-minute walk to the Duomo, or around 20 minutes by metro. The metro station was about a 4-minute walk away.

Very good location even though is not close to the old center, i'ts about 40 minutes walking. Close to very good restaurants and a mall. Very close to the metro station. The staff was very helpfull and nice, Eleonora (if i'm remembering correctly) gave us very good restaurant recommendations.

The shower cabin was a little bit small. We had some noisy neighbours but that is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was ok but not excellent like advertised.

Property was in great location from San Siro stadium which was a big part of our visit and a quick subway ride away the city very easy to get too. Couldn’t say more about the staff extremely friendly since we arrived. They upgraded our room when I asked for a bigger space, they had champagne waiting for my husband because they heard it was his birthday. Everything was great and staff was super helpful with getting around and restaurant recommendations

Nothing, easy to find staff was amazing I can’t say anything bad about this hotel

- Breakfast is Ok, but would be nice to have some basic vegetables. - Pillows are bad - cheap hollowfiber. - Some staff needs maintenance (e.g. shower cabin was leaking) - No smart tv. - Inconsistent room service. For instance every day some type of towels was missing.

Our experience was great, the staff was amazing, we did our check-in at 3 a.m., Cristiani made our check-in super smooth, and was helpful with lots of extra information and a wifi voucher, the check-out experience was great too with Marco. The location is good, very calm, easy access to the city center by Metro M5 then change to M1 or M3, or change to M2 or M3 to Milano Central station.

The wifi was slow, and not too much data for free but Cristiani gave us a voucher at check-in so we had wifi during our Stay.

The hotel is comfortably located near the City Life convention center. Also it is well connected by public transportation to city center and to the airport. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and stores nearby, although its is a quiet neighborhood. The room was very comfortable, with good storage place, and a very nice bathroom.

The daily cleaning should be more thorough. Breakfast is nice, but quite expensive.

We had a great stay in Poliziano Hotel! It is to high standards, and out of our expectations. Christian, night manager in front desk checked us in and did the extra service upon us. He helped us with a lot of questions, and even ordered us some night food. He helped fix up the wifi, and offered us breakfast including in our room even tho we didn’t book that. The room is amazing with all facilities you can need in a room. They even cleaned up the room after we can back form breakfast.

The breakfast has great varieties. But unfortunately the personal did not speak English, and we fely kind of ignored for that reason. Took us the time of finishing breakfast for someone to take our coffee order. But we didn’t min this so much hens we are aware that not everyone is English speaking and that okey.
