Everything you expect in a well run hotel. My small single person room was comfortable enough and I was even able to wait out a rain without feeling trapped or claustrophobic. The breakfast was really good (a real coffee machine with a barista for the win!) and included in the price, which made the entire enterprise a sweet deal for me. You can easily get there by metro (with one change though), but I soon realized the hotel is close enough to the city center and just walked for the rest of my stay. Excellent value for money makes it 10/10.

The room is very clean, the staff is polite and helpful. Cleaning is every day, a bottle of mineral water and a pair of slippers/ person/ day . Handwash liquid , shampoo and hairdryer are available. The heating in the room and the bathroom is good, also the internet. All kinds of transportation is near. The breakfast consists of eggs, sausages, cold cuts, cheese, vegetables and fruits, juice, coffee, wide range of variety of sweet cakes. Have breakfast at about 7:30 or later.

The staff were very friendly, we got a good welcome when we arrived. The continental breakfast was very nice. The hotel is quite well located, only about a 5-minute walk from Gerusalemme metro station. It's also only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Parco Sempione, which is well worth a visit. Our room was clean and the wifi worked well. We didn't notice much noise from outside the hotel overnight

Our room was quite small and the bed matresses were quite hard. There was a fair bit of noise coming from the breakfast area from early in the morning

The hotel was beautiful, pretty, clean . Beds are comfortable to sleep. Receptionist are very friendly. Love the paintings amd decorations as well. Before taking off we left our luggage in the hotel and we roomed around the city before we go back to Germany. Overall we are satisfied.😀😀😀👍👍👍

Breakfast- not a lot of options though, theres a lady she is so serious not friendly at all, the one cleaning the table and in the reception where the bread/croissant /coffee is located. Location- i was expecting it to be near in doumo milan. But its a bit far away. Theres a lot of walking going to the hotel itself from the Metro. Anyways there is a bus station nearby. Lately we know.

I loved everything about Parma Hotel : delicious Italian breakfasts, comfy rooms and beds with no issues, we went for Christmas time in Milan and it was warm and cozy in the hotel but the best part is the staff. Absolutely every staff member went out of the way to help us and let us feel comfortable. Everything we asked we always got. The only difference between a 5 star hotel and a 2-3 stars hotel is the amount of service that is available : ironing, laundry, personal services etc. We had no need for any extra services because we were busy enjoying Milan and coming back to a welcoming warm hotel to sleep and recharge. We accidentally left ladies purse in our room the staff was amazing enough to ask us what to do with our purse. They shipped it back to us upon our request. Highly recommend this little cozy hotel. We were happy there.

Wonderful stay! Reception staff always ready to help, goes the extra mile to look for information. Breakfast was delicious and there was something for every taste and need.Gianna: thank you again for helping me in myvtime of panic due to flight troubles!

Be award that there are about 8 steps to reach reception without elevador. We did fine, but if you have mobility issues, check in advance.

The stay was better, then I've expected. The receptionist was very friendly, helped us with the parking and gave us tips of how to get around. (tram stop is just a few mins away, drops you off at he main sights. Metro station is also close by, but you have to change lines, takes longer than the tram). The room was comfortable- I was a bit worried because of the heating in March, but it was nice warm. Breakfast was good too, all in all I think for this price the hotel is unbeatable! Of course it's not the Hilton, but everything was great.

Nice small hotel in the quiet central district of Milan. I liked pretty much location of this hotel. You can go on foot to the most main attractions of the city. Also you have a lot of pizzerias and gelato caffes nearby. You can also use underground and train as well as buses and trams as the hotel is situated in the middle of transport nods. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was quite good, there were traditional Milano pastries, cheese, coffee, tea, beaverages. Room was small but its sizes values its cost. What i liked about the room it's cleanliness. WC and shower were also clean.

There were a few thinks which I think need improvements. For reasons bidet+sink unit stood just in the corner of my room. Though they weren't connected and used, it was strange to have them within one meter of me. Another issue was very tough pillow. I'd recommend to change pillows as travellers need a good sleep. The rest was quite good. Hope to go here again!

The room was clean, beds comfortable, aircondition and small fridge in room very helpful in hot weather. The breakfast buffet was a great variety for a two star hotel, excellent coffee! It was possible to eat breakfast in the garden. Close to metro.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom, nice selection at the breakfast (delicious pastries), hot water and tea for free, if needed. Location is perfect, close to Chinatown where you can find great restaurants, close to the Arco della Pace. Apparently it's close to public transport stops too but we just walked everywhere. Wifi was good too. Staff was very nice and helpful, didn't have any issues with checking in at 2am!
