It is a well situated hotel, close to metro and an easy uber ride from Linate airport. There are some great restaurants close by and reception staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and cleaning staff work hard. Breakfast is good, with options to suit most diets. The bar opens from 18:30 til 23:30 and John the barman makes a fab gin and tonic!

The hotel offers paper cups wrapped in plastic to use in the bathroom and for making tea/coffee or for drinks from the minibar. They were not replaced during our stay neither was the mini bar checked. We were told by reception on check out we should have asked to have teabags etc replaced. I’d recommend taking your own mug wrapped in a tea towel!

Great location – right across from the metro (M5, Gerusalemme station), with a playground featuring “vedovelle” and excellent ice cream (Fiabe di Gelato) nearby. On top of that, just a short walk away, you’ll find amazing pizza (Pizzium). The beds were very comfortable, and the staff made them up beautifully while we were out for breakfast. :)

Breakfast was tasty, but I missed having a self-service coffee machine for guests (you can ask the waiter to prepare coffee in the back, but not everyone is aware of this). The buffet could have been more varied – the only vegetable available was tomatoes, and in our opinion, some fresh lettuce and good-quality olive oil were missing. We also missed having common areas for guests, such as a playroom or a small gym. Apart from the hotel room itself, the only shared space available was the bar.

We stayed at Hotel Mozart during our trip to Milan and had a very pleasant stay. It’s a simple yet well-maintained 4-star hotel without unnecessary extras – exactly the kind of hotel we prefer. The rooms were clean, fresh, and fairly minimalist, which we truly appreciated. One detail we especially liked was the absence of decorative bedspreads and throw pillows – the kind that housekeeping often puts back on the bed but that rarely get washed between guests at any hotel. It may seem minor, but for us, it made the room feel much more hygienic and comfortable. The real highlight, however, was the breakfast staff. They were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. After just one morning, they remembered our preferences – a very mild latte with regular milk, a cappuccino with soy milk, and gluten-free options. The next day, everything was ready for us before we even asked. Service was fast and seamless, and tables were cleared promptly. Hotel Mozart gets the essentials right: cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service – especially at breakfast. We would be happy to stay here again.

We chose to stay at this hotel again because of its convenience and the great location. The area is lively, with some nice bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. There’s a metro station right outside the hotel, and just across the street is a small playground where my five-year-old loved running around and burning off energy. The train station is only a five-minute walk away, making it easy to reach both the airport and Lake Como.

The hotel has a lovely reception area and reception staff are mostly helpful. The rooms are a little small and tired but perfectly clean and comfortable. They didn't clean or make up our room but it wasn't a big deal for our short stay.

It was our first trip to Milan, and despite arriving during Ferragosto, we loved our stay at Hotel Mozart. The location was excellent — right by the metro, making it easy to reach all the main tourist spots, and also close to the train station for a seamless trip to Lake Como. The neighborhood had plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, which made everything very convenient. We even hopped on the nearby tram to visit the lively Navigli area. We enjoyed the location so much that after returning from Como, we chose to stay at the same hotel again. A great base for exploring Milan!

Everything was perfectly fine — the reception area is lovely, and while the rooms are a little tired, they were very clean and comfortable, which was exactly what we needed for our trip.

Very nice location for the hotel, they have an inside parking (5places). Metro station is 1min away. There is a large playground for kids just in front of the hotel, very convenient for families with kids. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the hotel perimeter. Breakfast is nice, there is a variety of food, fruits, and beverages. Hotel entrance is spacious and beautiful. The bathroom of our room was beautiful, very clean, like new.

Breakfast area is fair, although the number of tables if good and there is always places for new clients, it gets noisy easily. The quality and taste of the food is fair. Sound proofing isn't at its best.

it was our second time in the Hotel . The firts time we stay on the hotel was on winter. This last time was by the end of June (summer) . The breakfast very good, it has futs , egs , vegetables, breds , jams , cheese , etc. The last day of our staying the air-conditioning stop working and it was hot. the receptionist bring us a ventilator. was better than nothing. the staff was very nice and tried to help us . the hotel it's near the China town (amazing zone) like 5 min walk , and the subway it's 100 meters aprox . The zone it's very nice and felt safe . There is a supermarket 150 meters from the hotel . it's almost 30 min on subway to the doummo (changing line in the middle ) . but you can go everywhere using the subway station near the hotel . we love this hotel , it's very clean , and nice and the price affordable compare to others in the city . We live milan , and I am already planing my next trip , to come back to this same hotel.

everything was perfect

We as a family stayed here for 2 nights. Dont get spooked by the bad reviews. We had a clean room that was great and modern. There was some sounds from the rooms/hall but not more than every other hotel. The staff was helpful and kind. Garage was 32 euro/day. Breakfast was good. Nothing super fancy but it was more than enough to start the day with a full stomach. Location of the hotel was superb. Close to a market and the metro and tram. Just outside was a playground for the children. City center was a 30 minutes walk away

Clean, nice room.

Hard to drive and park in these areas. People a driving aggressively, running red lights and parking everywhere on the streets.
