it was our second time in the Hotel . The firts time we stay on the hotel was on winter. This last time was by the end of June (summer) . The breakfast very good, it has futs , egs , vegetables, breds , jams , cheese , etc. The last day of our staying the air-conditioning stop working and it was hot. the receptionist bring us a ventilator. was better than nothing. the staff was very nice and tried to help us . the hotel it's near the China town (amazing zone) like 5 min walk , and the subway it's 100 meters aprox . The zone it's very nice and felt safe . There is a supermarket 150 meters from the hotel . it's almost 30 min on subway to the doummo (changing line in the middle ) . but you can go everywhere using the subway station near the hotel . we love this hotel , it's very clean , and nice and the price affordable compare to others in the city . We live milan , and I am already planing my next trip , to come back to this same hotel.

Hard to drive and park in these areas. People a driving aggressively, running red lights and parking everywhere on the streets.

The location of the hotel is very good. Several restaurants nearby, as are public transport stops. It's also not that long walk to, for example, Parco Sempione (20 mins). The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The (window?) renovation going on at the hotel caused some noise. The AC at the room was working or not, depending on who adjusted it. The room itself was good size but had too many furniture, so it was a bit crowded.

The hotel staff spoke really good English, and they were very helpful and polite. The breakfasts were very tasty and fresh, though with a rather limited selection. The rooms in the renovated part of the hotel were very clean, with towels and bedding changed daily. An additional plus was the well-stocked mini bar and the well-functioning air conditioning. A huge plus is the hotel's excellent location, right next to the metro and in a beautiful local neighborhood without many tourists, and the distance to popular landmarks is perfect for a walk.

Nice location for families with children as playgroun is in 10 metets from the hotel. This is unique for Milan. Metro in 50 meters and there is lift for baby carriages. In hotel quite small lifts so babycarriage + 1 adult. We got big and very quite room. Clean, no mold in bath. WIFI worked good. Breakfast was nice all that you need.

I would say that nothing to improve.

I really loved the breakfast, the room and the location. That is high praise after visiting a lot of hotels this year, but they really deserved it. The breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel in years (fresh fruit, really good bread, loved the fresh tomatoes and mozzarella and, well everything). The location was easy to reach via public transport and close to many restaurants and a big supermarket, right in the middle of a normal neighborhood. The room was great as well, slept very well, comfortable, loved the bathroom. If I return to Milan I'll come back to Hotel Mozart.

The hotel is really great value for your money. The location is not far from the center so you can easily walk everywhere. Train station to Bergamo and Lake Como is quite close as well. Great option for a short vacation in Milan and near spots.

Nothing really. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is not that nice but when you walk 10 minutes, you are suddenly at a much nicer place.

I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling for work and found it to be incredibly convenient. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the metro station, making it easy to navigate the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling for business or leisure.

The people at the reception were very nice, and location is good to. Metro station is really close.

1) People at breakfast could be a bit nicer and communicative. They don't tell you that you can order coffee from them. 2) The hotel needs investments. AC drips in rooms so they put little cans to collect water which I had to empty all the time 3) Elevators are not very confident. One even broke down. 4) For a 4 star hotel breakfast is really basic, like a student hostel, and coffee was awful. Buy some decent coffee machines.
