Location was fairly close to two metro stations and there is several restaurants and bars nearby if you need food or a late dinner near the hotel.

The location was close to two metro stations. However I arrived the same day as a metro strike (which I understand is fairly common in Italy) and so I also learned the location was quite a walk to the main areas I wanted to visit, since the metro stopped and the buses and trams weren’t functioning well at all. Bed was also a little hard, and I usually sleep on a firm mattress.

I liked the location of the hotel. If you are traveling without your own vehicle, the hotel is easily accessible by both metro and tram. I had a room with a shared bathroom on the floor. There was a sink in the room itself, which is very important. The bed was very comfortable. My room overlooked the courtyard, where there is no city noise, but you can hear the birds singing. I was able to sleep well and relax. I recommend this hotel for a short stay in Milan.

Excellent position and cleanliness. The members of staff were very kind and helpful. At night it was very quiet and I have no complaints. The price is significantly lower than the alternative accommodations in the same area of Milan. Even if the hotel provides no breakfast, there are several cafes at a short walking distance.

The place is simple but very well looked after. Just be aware that there is no lift, if this can be an issue for you.

One star hotel to stay for no longer than 3-4 days just to visit all locations you want to and come back here just to sleep. Location is good as well as the price. Rooms are kinda old and requires a fresh repair but it was clean and the bathroom had hot water. So I would say this is a place near the center for touristic aims. You can hear everything what is going on in next rooms. We were living on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Central heat was not successful enough to warm up in the night.

Tucked away in what felt like a typical Italian neighbourhood (read that as not many tourists in sight), I thought this was an excellent choice to stay in a city as popular as Milan. The hotel is a family-run business, and both of them are very friendly. It is close to Metro stops. I can imagine when the weather is cooler in Italy, exploring the area around the hotel would be quite enjoyable.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was perfect, with a private bathroom that was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also ideal—very close to buses and trams, and even within walking distance of some popular spots. Plus, there's a big Carrefour nearby, which was super convenient. The staff went above and beyond—they were incredibly friendly and even let me wait in the lounge after checkout until my friend arrived. Exceptional service and hospitality. Highly recommend!

I greatly enjoyed my stay in Hotel Mignon. I was actually surprised as to how spacious the room was so it was more than enough for one person. The bathroom is a bit of a squish, but I've been in more "claustrophobic" bathrooms before so it's not that bad. The room comes equipped with good amount of plugs to charge your devices, wardrobe, drawers, TV, and a desk which was a really nice addition for someone like me who writes a journal during his travels. The hotel itself is located a bit of a distance from the center, but there's a Gerusaleme metro station literally 3 minutes away from the hotel which is located on M5 line, from there you can get off at the station that has the M2 or M3 line on it and take another train from there to the center. The hotel is also located not too far from Milan's Chinatown and Monumental Cemetery which is a must see in my opinion. The staff clean the room every morning, so as long as you leave your keys at the reception or hand it off to one of the cleaners you can always be sure to come back to a clean room after a day of exploring. The staff are really nice and accommodating too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Mignon, and would highly recommend it for solo travellers.

It would be good if the room had a kettle in it. I'm a type of a guy that drinks tea to the same extent as an alcoholic drinks alcohol, so the lack of any tea making facilities was sorely missed in a room.

Gentleman at reception, sorry i forgot to ask his name, is very welcoming , super friendly and hospitable Rooms are very clean.its very quiet. You cannot hear the other rooms nor anything outside despite being in the city. Location is fantastic. I will come back again.

Nothing except the Stairs, great excersise but a killer 🙃. Host happily helps with luggage though.

The staff was very nice and they had everything ready for us. Local recommendations where given, the space was clean and comfortable.

There was a weird quirk, the main light of our room could be turned on from the outside. It was unusual but it didn’t cause any issues, no one touched it and the light also had controls on the inside.

Excellent location, very kind and friendly staff, especially the owner, always greeting us kindly and being at service 24/7. Large room, it was cleaned every day. I can only recommend it!

Walls are a bit thin so you can hear the neighbour room but it didn't bother us that much and the street is quiet.
