Staff was veryfriendly and helpful, trying to help every day !! Breakfast was ok, to be honest I can find all what I need, last time in Milan was in 4 star hotel with family, hence every time was camparing, where I should not. Room was very clean, which is most important to me, bed was good too, I had small balcony as well. location - about 30 min walk to center via park, hence journey wasn't boring and I walked twice per day same road. value for money was good, considering that I booked hotel week prior to check in.

in general not a lot, below are points to consider for users when use it. I would use this hotel again if travel alone. bathroom size, shower cabin relatively small, I stay 4 days in hotel so managed to accept it eventually. I am 100kg and 185sm, so wasn't easy. AC in the room was floor type and touch control wasn't straight forward to understand, it was working, but lights on screen might mislead you, you need to get and activate it.

- The breakfast room is tiny; if many guests are present at the same time, it might feel a little bit suffocated. - Our room size was 15 m2, but it somehow felt too tiny for moving, but it was manageable. - No standard restaurants nearby.

- good location; not quite central but close enough with tram and metro stations nearby. Also, within walking distance to a big supermarket and Chinatown. - friendly staff that spoke good English. Had no trouble communicating. - the room was on the smaller side with basic decor and amenities, but we knew and expected that. - the breakfast was adequate; not a huge variety but again, we knew what we were getting, and for the price it's absolutely fine.

- their elevator was rather small and can only hold around 2-3 people. Not ideal if you have a large suitcase. - the AC in our room didn't feel like it was working properly. At least it didn't get too hot on the days that we were there.

We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel! The staff was kind and helpful, and we really appreciated the warm welcome. The location is great — close to the bus stop and a supermarket, which made everything more convenient. The price is fair for what you offer, definitely good value for money. We also liked the small detail of offering slippers for the room — a thoughtful touch! Everything was very clean and well prepared when we arrived.

The only downside was that the air conditioning and minibar were not cooling properly during our stay. It wasn’t a big issue, but it’s something that could be improved for future guests

The personnel of the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were absolutely clean. Stable WiFi connection. Good breakfast. Nice location - 5 mins walking to the nearest subway (metro) station, 7-8 mins walking to the nearest tram. There is also a good local restaurant (pizzeria) Mela Rossa, which is about 100 m away from the hotel.

Very hot temperature in the rooms - I'd prefer to have it a bit colder. With this warm temperature it will be good to provide water to the the guests (they do it at arrival, but not on the other days). Also the sound isolation is not good - you can hear everything. The elevator is very small.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with everything! The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly valued as guests. They have everything! Nice big room and bed, even balcony and toothbrush set with cover then breakfast salty and sweet both! we can walk to take metro 5 less 5 minutes

I was particularly impressed by how clean both my room and the breakfast area were. My single room included air conditioning, a compact fridge (complete with a chilled water bottle!), a large window, and a small but efficient bathroom. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations, offering a generous array of sweet and savory options—fresh fruits, beverages, eggs, pastries, cold cuts, and more. A staff member was always on hand to restock the food trays promptly.

Everything was great.

We were offered parking space on the street in front of the hotel free of charge.

Very few options for breakfast. We had to ask the staff to fill up ,because most of the food was gone by 9:00 am. Got some butter and cheese. Some Italian guests were served croissants, while nobody asked four of us if we want it. Not nice👎

The location is great, very close to multiple public transport options as well as walking distance from the Arco Della Pace and Castello Sforzesco, only a couple of metro stops away from the heart of the city . Good value for money as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We might have just been unlucky with the temperatures, at the end of September it ranged from 27 to 31 degrees Celsius and our room did get quite hot and stuffy. We also had a ground floor room with windows facing the street which could get noisy from time to time, but on higher floors this probably isn't an issue and the street it's facing isn't overly busy.
