We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. We truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere - a great place to unwind!

There truly wasn’t a single thing we found disappointing during our stay. Every detail felt well thought out, from the smooth check-in process to the ambiance of the room. Everything worked perfectly. It’s rare to have a stay where nothing feels lacking, but this was one of those great experiences.

Great location for travel links - liked the neighbourhood away from city centre. Love mini fridge, clothes storage and air con was lush!

A couple of bathroom fittings were broken. An alarm went off on a couple of occasions in the small hall way - no instructions as to what to do - in the end I pressed switch and it stopped! Loved the marked outside front door twice a week. It would have been nice to have two chairs instead of just one.

Really clean and lovely spacious rooms with WiFi and really good bathrooms with lovely rain showers. Really good location to lots of shops and not far from the centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly and check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Initially was a bit difficult to locate the property as the reception and rooms were in different buildings. The bed was slightly uncomfortable.

Too less table space, small shelves instead of bed tables, some metal construction instead of wardrobe, small fridge only for small water bottle, no chairs on the balcony, thin door, cleaning staff was quite loud using hoover since morning hours

The room was exactly how it was shown in the pictures provided on the website. I loved the room, big enough for two people. The beds were comfy, My favorite part was the bathroom, every time I took a shower there was plenty of hot water.

It was very noisy in the morning. I would be up at 7 in the morning because people outside were making loud noises. We arrived on Saturday morning, and when we arrived there was a market full of people. I could not see the White Ribbon building because of the amount of people in front of the building. On Tuesday morning when we checked out of the hotel, there was a market taking place again, big crowds full of people everywhere.

It was clean, the neighbourhood was safe, the metro station was very close and we were able to reach Duomo and Milano Centrale very fast. It was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming and they cleaned each day during our stay.

It was a problem with the towels in our first day, the towels were dirty, but we got help right away from the staff and they change it.

I like that the property was very close to the metro station which could take you to anywhere around the city. The room was clean and exactly how it shows in the pictures. 10/10. It’s a great deal for the price and I will definitely recommend it to everybody who plan on staying in Milan for a few days.

the location was very nice, with calm neighborhoods and close to public transportation. the room was very clean and renovated. the facilities were clean and complete.

the heating system did not work, even I said it to staff but they forgot to fix it. the hot water time for showers was a bit short.

Very clean and comfortable, amazing for the price, close to a metro station and a large supermarket. The staff was nice and helpfull and being able to deposit our bags before check in and after check out was absolutely necessary for us so it’s a big plus.

Location is very convenient. The facilities are modern and user-friendly. The staff were very helpful and responsive to support us storing our luggage before check-in time, and received us in 10 minutes as we were late to check in the evening.
