Simple and clean room with excellent WiFi, enough space for clothes etc. for several days, a mosquito net for the window as well as aircon (which we didn`t need to try in autumn). Nice variety of savoury and sweet items available from the breakfast buffet, which is regularly refilled, plus excellent coffee. Location is perfect for visiting the city centre as well as just getting the feeling of a more quiet neighbourhood in Milan. Various restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets in the area. Tram 12 from Via Mac Mahon/Via P. Eugenio is perfect for Chinatown and the city centre (either contactless payment on board or tickets for lotto shop). Really helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

We were not used to having a double bed cover (instead of two singles), but we also didn`t request two single bed covers as we were only staying for a few nights.

The check-in process was easy, the staff was kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well, the shower had great water pressure, there were slippers and extras of toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, razors) and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety of fruit, yogurt, croissants, eggs, pancakes, etc. and coffee machines. There is also an option to buy drinks and snacks from the bar in the back using front desk staff. It's located a short walk from the M5 Cenisio stop and there are several bars and restaurants nearby.

Although it is rated only 2* the hotel is spotless clean! It has AC, we found toothbrushes in the bathroom and slippers for everyone. I liked that the reservation included towls and toiletries, because i personlly find it annoying when these are not offered in the reservation. As i said, spotless clean! The hotel is within walking distance to metro and tram stations, which lead to the city center. The area is quiet, we could rest. Breakfast was also ok, continental buffet, we had options, coffee was also good ! The hotel has a closed parking behind the building, which we booked. We believed the car to be safer there than on the street. All in all, very good experience, i would go again.

This hotel is very good, very straightforward, no frills and what they do, they do very well. It is clean, secure, in a good location and we'd happily stay here again.

We were only provided with one toilet roll, despite booking for 3 nights! We actually had to request another! The City Tax is high - about 10% of our total stay, which is much higher than anywhere else we stayed (6 other locations).

Room was a perfect size, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was decently sized with a nice shower and hot water on demand (not always the case!). Favourite part was the breakfast, a small variety of everything you could want served in a lovely little room (with tv), and excellent coffee made by a member of staff on demand. Highly recommend.

Immediate location doesn't have too much (restaurants, bars, shops, etc), but there is a Carrefour supermarket about 5-10 minute walk away, and a Metro station about 10-15 min walk away.

new, clean, comfortable hotel. 30 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the metro. Everything is excellent, I liked everything, especially the blinds - you can sleep well. great clean shower. looks true, just like in the photo.

but the only thing is audibility, thin walls! Everyone who walks along the corridor at night or during the day can hear everything, someone is talking on the phone early in the morning, or the staff laughs, you wake up.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was quite friendly. The carpark cost extra 15 Euro per night. Air conditioner was working properly. The hotel is ideal for short stays (2-3 nights). The hotel located 20 minutes from the city center with tram or subway. The stops are 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is very easy to go to the city center. There are also couple of supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. There is additional city tax that you need to pay in the facility 3 Euro per night per person. You can get three day unlimited ticket in the subway station that cost 13 Euro per person. If you travel with this card in Bus or Tram, make sure that you validate the ticket.

The room was small but compared to price, this was okay. There could be small refrigerator and kettle in the room. Do not expect a wardrobe with doors.

Beds really comfy, we went with our toddler and everyone from the hotel made us fell welcome, really polite, smiled all the time to us. Breakfast really good. Hotel is not really far from the city centre. We walked for 5-7 min to the tram station. The tram has a station close to Duomo. We also had parking( we had to pay extra) but was really difficult to find a free parking around hotel, so was ok for us to pay 15 euros per night and have the car in the garden.

I couldnt find anything to not like.

The service rendered is really efficient. Room is always clean and fresh smelling, Room is fiting for the price. The materials are all available, you dont need to ask for it. Many selections for breakfast and comfortable dining area. The Receptions are friendly, trustworthy and accomodating. Security system is highly valued.

Its a bit noisy. You can hear the doorbell and the guest next door. The food is cold, maybe except for toaster can provide a microwave. During winter hot water in shower takes longer to warm.

A straight forward hotel. Not the biggest or most luxurious but clean rooms/bathroom. Comfy beds. Excellent wi-fi and Sky Tv. Super breakfast. Cool AC when the outside temp was nearly 40c. Staff always available and helpful. A 10min walk to the metro or closer for a tram stop.
