At this price we could ask for nothing more.

I was just surprised at the receptionist when he asked me for 30€ instead of 15€ for baby cot saying that it was per day. When I told him about the price and message sent my booking for 15€, he right away argued me on the position that I did not announce my second baby on the website. For me it was not necessary as I did not want anything for it, she sleeps with us. Anyways, it was a very good hotel with kind staff.

The Service was great and helfpul. Very friendly people there. The breakfast was good. I liked the Croissants and the Coffee in the morning. The room is not big but has everything you need and the towels get changed every day. All in all a very good stay. :)

Its a bit far away from the City. That was a bit stressy cause you need a bit of time to arrive the inner City. The air conditioner was little to cold.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Hotel is clean. Breakfast is nice (sweet, we are in Italy!). Room is not too big but enough for one person or a couple. Air conditioning works. Very good value. I stayed one week and attended every day meetings at Mico. You can walk or use the bikes from BikeMi. Very convenient

Nothing. Perfect hotel for the price

The price was reasonable, the location was also good. The staff was friendly enough. A very good place to stay for one night.

There wasn't a fridge in the room. No glasses and plates either. No air conditioner and even though our windows were to the inner yard it was rather noisy. Breakfasts are very continental, so if you are satisfied with pastry and coffee to start your morning - it's ok (though 7 eur for such a breakfast IMHO a little bit expensive) if you prefer to have eggs and bacon - you have a problem, you wouldn't get it here, you couldn't get it nearby coz everything starts working just after 12.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable. Room was a good size with comfortable beds, very clean. Location was great as was on a course at the school of music just around the corner, but also close to the metro so easy to get to the Duomo etc. Some good restaurants etc nearby

Shower was a bit small... didn't bother me but would be very tight for a larger person. Wi-fi stopped working suddenly on the second night...I just switched on data as it was late and I didn't want to have to get up and go down to reception.... I'm sure they would have fixed it. Nothing major that I didn't like... would definitely stay here again.

Staff were excellent, very accommodating to late check in requests. The room was large and airy, with a comfortable bed, facilities all worked correctly ie air con. Lovely breakfast and friendly start to the morning.

The toilet sometimes kept flushing for a while after it was pressed, the ground floor room did mean we felt a touch exposed but this was a minor problem, and the location might be far out but it’s perfectly accessible via metro and a nice walk into town

Great location with a tram 5 minutes away that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes and can be paid by credit card. The reception speaks english and was very kind and easy to communicate, there's no minibar in the room but you can buy cold water from the reception. The room has an good air conditioning, cleaning service and great spaces.

perfect price. Stuff was amazing - friendly, attractive and really helpful. They did everything what we needed. We had not checked that Italy has non-EU plugs - so stuff found adapter for us. There were small rain outside - stuff informed us about it and asked if we need an umbrella

All was perfect, but I had issues with contacting - phone number from Booking.com and Google don’t work. Phone number from web site works.

Close to the metro station, 8 minute walk. The neighbourhood was amazing. Clean and full of shops, bars, restaurants and everything one could imagine. The staff was really kind and helpful, always smiling and polite. They had cleaning service wich was proffessional. The coffee was amazing. We did not try the breakfast but I guess that was amazing too.

No negatives

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Very clean and comfortable beds, towels changed everyday. The value for money was exceptional - whilst it is a little out of the centre of Milan, the transport links are very good and the hotel is only around a ten minute walk from the nearest metro station.

Honestly couldn't make any suggestions - the staff were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
