Hotel is very clean, receptionists were very helpful, rooms were so informative about rules and recommendations. Receptionists used to handle situations even if they were busy, I can remember when they could not answer my call and they called me back and asked what I needed. Location is good, not very central, but in a calm area, which is easily reachable from downtown by bus and metro. I asked them and they let me have late check-out with no charge. I liked their English, speaking like native speakers.

The only thing, I dod not like is that I think, there were no disposable slippers (hotel slippers), or there were and I could not find. Finally, I had my slippers and used them. I have no idea about the possible reason of not placing slippers in a room.

The personal was kind and helpful, and the room was clean too! I needed a taxi to the airport, they helped and made a reservation for a taxi to the airport in the morning.

Unfortunately, the bathroom from my room was really outdated.. It wouldn't be a problem if it wouldn't show it through mould on the bathroom tiles.. As soon as I put my hand on the tap from the sink, it just broke down, but I announced it at the reception, and they sent someone to repair it immediately, so it's okay!

The room was big and clean, the bed was very large and confortable. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed as well.

There is definitely no soundproof for the walls, the neighbours were very noisy and we could not sleep at times. The check in was later than shown on Booking but the check out was exactly at 11:00 am, reception called us to leave as we were literally checking the room before leaving.

Good for a short stay, especially if you don’t have many demands. The room was overall great and the bathroom well equipped. Nice and helpful staff.

Not very close to the Metro. Didn’t like the bathtub. A/C not working. The curtains didn’t close very well.

Breakfast wasnt included but i paid for it as it was a good variety and it had a good selection of gluten free products which is important to me as it is hard to find in italy

I had traveled a long way and arrived around 11am. I was exhausted and needed a shower and a nap, but I was not allowed to check-in early. I can't imagine all the rooms were booked. It would have been nice to be able to check-in early, especially for folks who come in from long international flights.

The location was easy to get to the centre. Easy access to buses and the tube within walking distance. The area was quiet.

One morning we could hear the TV noise from another room. Guess it was loud enough to hear it and we were quiet in the morning. Not too noisy to complain about.

The hotel is in a good location just outside the centre of Milan with proximity (15 - 20 walk) to train and metro services, with appropriate bus connections as well. The service and the staff are excellent and reasonably priced for such a city as Milan

Overall a good Hotel; the only thing I would improve is the selection of items available in the Breakfast the hotel offers.

We had a problem with our window (didn't close) and they changed our room without problems.

The noise. The doors aren't very good and at 7 am the staff start the vacuum cleaning. It isn't a 4 star hotel nowadays, maybe 10 years ago, but the lingerie was clean.

The Hotel is very much international standard, no surprises, just perfect for business travel.
